Will complete underwriting, establish, and negotiate terms under which credit will be extended including costs, repayment terms, and collateral requirements.
Ensure that sound analysis and lending procedures are followed. Act in compliance with Business Lending and Business Account Policies and Guidelines at all times. Ensure Regulatory Compliance is followed in all areas of work. Recommends loan policy changes as necessary
Evaluate the information provided by the business borrower. Assist members, when possible, on business management and financial matters.
Verify the accuracy of business loan amounts and repayment terms on approved loan applications. Process commercial loan files, including reviewing loan documents, obtaining title insurance, appraisals, appraisal reviews, inspections, flood paperwork, filing lien documents, and preparing loan files for closing.

Custodial Leader

Special Instructions to Applicant: Wayne State College is seeking a Custodial Leader. Nature of Work: Perform duties of a Custodian and act as a lead in cleaning, performing preventative/routine maintenance, minor repairs and grounds keeping tasks.Leadership is exercised over a small crew of Custodians.Perform varied tasks such as scheduling, distributing supplies, and inspecting work performed by Custodians in addition to being a working member of the custodial crew.
Examples of Work Performed:
ROUTINE DUTIES
* Perform the following tasks at the beginning of the work shift, before/after all breaks, at the end of the work shift, and frequently throughout the work shift; check/respond to email and submit/update scheduled facility one tasks.
* Ability to learn, and use computerized technology to communicate, monitor campus systems, and record keeping per department procedures.
* Complete work orders and preventative custodial tasks as assigned at an expert level. Maintain communication with the requestor throughout completion of the work order and log required data into facility one.
* Monitor department work orders by assuring completion dates are met along with coordination between the requester and technicians.
* Check on completed work orders to be sure standards are met and tasks are completed correctly.
* The expert ability to perform & evaluate the cleanliness levels of the buildings according to APPA standards
* Assist in maintaining & developing campus standards and safety.
* Evaluate the department and look for ways to improve processes and standards.
* Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers. Assist Facilities Manager in maintain proper levels of inventory in custodial shop
* Evaluate safety issues within the custodial department and address them as necessary.
* The expert ability and knowledge to evaluate equipment life-cycle and budget forecasting.
* Monitor and work to keep equipment in good working condition.
* Monitor and work to maintain shop cleanliness and that it is up to standards.
* Ability to perform minor equipment repairs
* Train and guide department personnel and monitor work schedules.
* Lead staff on custodial projects or event setups
* Communicate effectively and professionally with the public, vendors, staff, and students.
Seasonal and Special event support
* Support graduation ceremonies and other special events.
Required Qualifications:
* Minimum of one year previous experience in custodial work providing the required skills, knowledge and abilities needed to perform the assigned work.
* Ability to work in extreme hot or cold; bend, crouch and climb; assist in safe lifting in excess of 75 pounds; and, sufficient strength to perform assigned tasks.
* Demonstrated ability to provide leadership to small crew of co-workers.
