Determine/confirm eligibility for federal, state, institutional, or external awards by reviewing SAI, cost of attendance, need analysis, enrollment levels, and program data in Student Information System. Typically, should not require more than 10 minutes per student file.
Review variance reports (e.g., Pell Variance, Loan Variance, COA Variance, etc.) assigned by supervisors to identify award discrepancies or errors.

Helps the Clinical Coordinator as needed
Helps career services with presentations, PAC meeting efforts, and employment placement efforts
Certified CPR trainer for the DMS program, and other programs as needed
Schedules and oversees Fire Safety class during DMS 255 (pre-clinical seminar)
Helps students with SPI tutoring and testing (including scheduling)
Supports students during lab assignments and other program requirements
Assists Lab Aid with orders/inventory
Assists with DMS Program open lab hours
Additional duties and responsibilities as determined
Exhibit excellent customer service and professionalism to all current students, prospective students and coworkers from all departments at all times
Special Requirements:
Overtime as requested by supervisor - may include: evenings, weekends and/or holidays

Adjunct faculty hours are determined by the scheduled courses in a particular module. Adjunct faculty are scheduled as needed with no guarantee of hours at any time and scheduled hours are generally under 25 per week.

The General Education (GE) Instructor is responsible for providing quality instruction to students that meet the program and course objectives. The GE Instructor should maintain an organized, disciplined classroom environment that is conducive to learning and imparts the requirements of the relevant workplace setting to existing students.
