Assist in designing print and digital materials.
Follow the brand guidelines and 2026 design aesthetic set forth by the Lake County Captains.
Collaborate with the Lake County Captains staff to develop creative concepts.
Assist with in-house print fulfillment including cutting, folding, laminating, etc.
Exhibit willingness to attend events outside of normal game days to capture socialmedia content - including mascot appearances.
Maintaining best practices/crisis management/FAQs.
Perform other duties set forth by the SocialMedia Manager or General Manager.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong experience with the Adobe Creative Suite; Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Lightroom.
Experience shooting and editing photography.
A keen eye for detail and proofing.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Provide individualized case management and consistent follow-up with prospective students throughout the post-secondary program admissions process using multiple communication methods.
Manage assigned enrollment territories and track prospective student progress through each stage of the admissions process.
Deliver college admissions presentations and information sessions for prospective students and families in individual and group settings.
Outreach, Partnerships, and Events
Develop and maintain partnerships with internal stakeholders, K-12 districts, and community organizations to expand access and student engagement.
Coordinate and support recruitment and outreach events targeting prospective students across age groups.
Marketing, Career Pathways, and College Readiness
Promote college opportunities, career pathways, and postsecondary programs to all prospective students.
Support career development and college readiness initiatives for prospective students.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of recruitment and marketing plans and materials.

The Marketing and Communications department will offer one internship in 2026. The department is responsible for promoting Museum initiatives-including those relating to exhibitions, the collection, special events, and other projects-through advertising, socialmedia, press outreach, and other publicity. Internship Details & Schedule:

Job Description
This position is a Creative Media Intern for Campus Recreation.
Primary Responsibilities
This position is responsible for:
* Create, schedule, and manage engaging socialmedia content for Campus Recreation across multiple platforms.
* Develop digital and print marketing materials (flyers, posters, banners, apparel graphics, brochures, and displays) primarily using Canva; Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus.
* Collaborate closely with Campus Recreation professional staff to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
* Track project progress and ensure assignments are completed by established deadlines.
* Assist with photography and content capture for marketing and socialmedia use (preferred).
Qualifications
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Creative mindset with the ability to develop marketing content for a diverse campus audience.
* Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently.
* Experience or coursework related to marketing, communications, graphic design, or socialmedia.
* Attention to detail with strong time-management and organizational skills.
* Familiarity with socialmedia platforms and trends; experience creating content is required.
* Experience with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, or Illustrator is a plus, but not required.

Minimum Education Some College Pay Rate $9.75//hour
