- Five (5) years of experience managing multiple crews on industrial construction projects Water/Wastewater projects preferred
- Experience with formwork systems such as Peri, Symon and Alsina is preferred
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with abstract and concrete variables
- Be able to communicate in English (verbal and written) Spanish fluency is a plus
- Lift, push, or pull and move up to seventy (70) pounds
- Climb, kneel, twist, and bend in a various environments
- Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items and work with the fingers
- Ability to physically maneuver by foot minor obstacles at construction projects
- Work outdoors with exposure to changing weather conditions such as rain, sun, snow, and wind
- Valid driver license for occasional, required travel
