Part-Time Laborer - Streets Department The City of Wilmington is currently accepting applications for a part-time Laborer in the Streets Department. Working under direct supervision, this position assists with the maintenance and cleaning of City streets, sidewalks, curbs, gutters, storm drains, rights-of-way, and related structures.
