There is nothing positive to report about Conduent in Australia.
I've been involved in a high-profile government project in Melbourne, Australia, awarded controversially in 2023. This project includes the Conduent Victoria Ticketing System (CVTS), Conduent Business Services Australia (CBSA), and Conduent Business Services France (CBSF). Despite being part of the same company, these entities suffer from severe issues with collaboration, coordination, and trust. Management routinely deceives the government client regarding our capabilities and delivery schedules. They make promises without consulting the delivery team, resulting in unrealistic expectations and inevitable failures. This dishonesty jeopardizes the project and significantly impacts team morale. The project's management team, based in Australia, Europe, and Central America, is incompetent and promotes a toxic work environment. Bullying by the management is common, with frequent harassment of employees. The leadership lacks direction and runs the project in a chaotic manner. This toxic atmosphere has led to employees abruptly leaving without any farewells, creating an eerie and unsettling work environment. Many employees feel trapped and are actively seeking other job opportunities. Without significant changes in leadership and management practices, I cannot recommend working on this project or at Conduent in Australia.
None
Remove all project's management team, based in Australia, Europe, and Central America, is incompetent and promotes a toxic work environment.
Easy interview done by incompetent senior leadership team.
My compensation at Conduent is below the industry average.
The representation of diverse demographics within the organization is lacking, with a predominant presence of white Caucasian French individuals.
There is nothing at work that brings me joy.
I loved being able to work from home. The hours were reasonable and the equipment was provided. I also have a disability and they were also very willing to meet any accommodations I required. Training was intensive, but needed to be for the client I worked for.
Not enough feedback from management for improvements I could make. Very few meetings to keep on top of new info. If your equipment went down (what was provided by them), you couldn't work again until they fixed it or you received a replacement. Pay could have been better.
Started out as contract, but the vast majority of the group I worked for was hired on. This improved benefits and pay as well as provided more opportunities for advancement.
Great place for growth
Not enough care for the employee
Company activities like "habitat for humanity"
Not familiar with the new CEO since I left in 2017
Less micromanaging
Searching online programs such as LinkedIn
When I worked for them it was decent but their raises were standard 2 %
It represents the population we service
Helping customers with their needs
Work from office or remote if you want. Tons of training.
Training is WAY to fast, and don't have written instructions for a lot of it. Management is wishy washy and unprofessional. Company works with very old, outdated computer programs which are constantly breaking down. Pay is horrible. Benefits are super expensive.
Working remote.
Being able to work from home.
Caseload is completely out of control. They are understaffed so they overload their employees with so much work it consumes you 24/7
nothing is worth the stress of the workload. grossly underpaid for the amount of work you’re expected to do.
Always lookout make sure everyone was happy

Everything. Helping my customers and making sure their day was joyful
The noise violations. Your area had to be pitch perfect quite and you can’t control outside.
The food trucks, the appreciation shown, the incentives when completing tasks properly

Unprofessional management team, poor pay, no raises pretty much nothing to like about this company
Health and Dental insurance
Benefits were decent. Group I worked for was better than most in terms of management, environment, and duties.
Low pay compared to other companies in similar work. Idea is to put as much work on one individual as possible instead of hiring in additional help.
The feeling of helping others.
The mask requirement from COVID.
Work by yourself at your own pace.

You get the chance to work from home if you want.
Uncaring management, management is all fluff and no substance, very low wages, very expensive healthcare benefits, fast paced training no one can keep track of
