Pros of working at Cone & Steiner

Able to take ownership of a task and a project. Being a startup there is always something to do and input is generaly welcomed.

Cons of working at Cone & Steiner

Since it is a startup there is still some question as to what specificly is required of each position and there is a lot to be done with little time to do it.
