SUMMARY
The BH Deflection Case Manager is responsible for providing outreach and intensive case management to individuals eligible for treatment instead of prosecution for minor drug offenses. Serving as a key community liaison, this role promotes deflection services, works closely with law enforcement and legal partners, and collaborates with the Peer Navigator and treatment team to support patient recovery across CTCLUSI's five-county service area.
Notice: This is a full-time, limited-duration position funded through a grant. Current funding is secured through April 2026, with the possibility of renewal contingent upon continued funding.
PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provides assertive and continuous outreach activities related to direct services for participants with criminal justice involvement and behavioral health conditions (mental health, substance use, or co-occurring disorders).
* Establishes and Nurtures strong, trusting relationships with participants in a timely and effective manner.
* Makes and manages referrals to essential direct services such as substance use disorder and mental health treatment and recovery support services to ensure access and engagement in treatment based on participants' unique needs.
* Attends community events and conferences to educate and raise awareness about law enforcement diversion and outreach for individuals with substance use and mental health disorders.
* Conducts enrollment assistance for Medicaid for uninsured individuals when needed.
* Follows up on obtaining required services for all participant needs.
* Develops effective working relationships with project staff, community partners, and police departments.
* Represents the program, TRHC, and CTCLUSI at community events.
* Provides and/or collaborates on ongoing training related to program goals and subject matter, such as naloxone administration and distribution.
* Assesses the needs of participants with substance use and/or mental health disorders.
* Assists in the development and revision of BH Deflection-associated policies, procedures, and as directed.
* Assists in the development and revision of BH Deflection-related reports, memos, letters, forms, and other documents relevant to Deflection services.
* Participates in quality and organizational process improvement activities, team meetings, and committees when requested.
* Documents all clinical encounters in identified Electronic Health Record (EHR) or case management system.
* Assists Behavioral Health Director and other internal stakeholders to review trends, barriers, and propose solutions to BH Deflection processes.
* Collaborates efficiently and effectively while consistently demonstrating professionalism and maintaining positive, respectful relationships with internal teams, external partners, and Tribal members.

SUMMARY

The position emphasizes responsibilities under the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA), cultural site monitoring, and intergovernmental consultation.
PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Conducts cultural resource surveys, site monitoring, subsurface testing, excavation, and reporting.
* Reviews permits, environmental documents, and technical reports, evaluates potential impacts to archaeological and cultural resources, and recommends mitigation measures in accordance with CTCLUSI Tribal Code, Oregon statutes, NHPA Section 106, ARPA, and NAGPRA.
* Assists the THPO in consultation with agencies, Tribes, and partners on cultural resource projects, plans, and compliance activities.

Job Description:
A substitute paraeducator assists the classroom teacher to provide extra support to students with special needs, promoting maximum academic and personal growth. The substitute paraeducator job responsibilities range from supplementing regular classroom curriculum to helping individual students.
Substitute paraeducator are also known as paraprofessionals, school aides, teacher assistants, instructional aides, one-to-one aides, and personal care assistants.
Responsibilities:
Provide instructional reinforcement for individual students or small groups of students
Assist teacher with classroom management and general supervision of the class
Assist with administrative duties such as setting up equipment and preparing materials
Supervise students in the cafeteria, schoolyard, specials, hallways, on field trips, and/or during before and after school programs
Attend to students' physical, personal, academic, and emotional needs
Support students with special needs by following provisions specified in their IEPs/504 Plans
Perform other duties as directed by the classroom teacher and school administration
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing)

This posting represents a Float Pool RN position at Providence Newberg Medical Center. This is a full time, night shift position (3, 12 hour shifts from 7pm-7:30am) with rotating weekends and holidays. We are seeking RNs who have worked in an Emergency Room and ICU for 1 or more years. RNs in this position will float to Emergency Room, ICU, and Medical Surgical Units within the hospital.
Incentives:
$6,000 hiring bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment
Night differential: $10 per hour
Weekend differential: $2 per hour
Float RN differential: $2 per hour
