Duties and Responsibilities: Event Execution & Management Oversee all aspects of special events, including setup, teardown, food and beverage service, vendor and staff management. Maintain CMA service standards and ensure compliance with all liquor, food service, and safety regulations. Review Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) at the start of each shift with the Event Manager to confirm equipment needs, setup requirements, and service timelines. Other duties as assigned Staff Supervision & Scheduling Supervise and manage event service staff, including servers, bartenders, and utility personnel at each event. POSITION SUMMARY: Food & Beverage Manager ("F&B Manager") will manage a diversified business that includes a full services grill, kitchen, fast food service, food & beverage stands, outside mobile food carts that are occasionally brought in, online meals, and team meals. The F&B Manager must have the ability to effectively manage food inventories, customize menus, train staff and drive productivity. Responsibilities: * Provides fast, friendly customer service to all guests. * Operates a POS system by taking orders and collecting payment. * Prepares and packages customer orders to their satisfaction. * Cleans and prepares cooking and prep areas. * Operates coffee and sandwich equipment. * Demonstrates a complete knowledge of menu items and ingredients. * Accounts for food quality and quantity.
