It’s crappy. Agents struggle for like $40k, and managers struggle for $60k. Agents should start at $60k.
Inclusion is decent. There isn’t any unbiased selections here. I’ll give it that much.
The only fulfilling part is trying to be a positive influence. Most of your coworkers are scummy here. It’s what they’re trained to be, so being honest is fulfilling, but will hurt your pay.
None. The best part is the Ultipro team is helpful. That’s it. Everything else sucks
Wages are terrible. They profit $171k per head but don’t even pay managers 60k

The DMs suck, and everyone above that is paid way too much to be truly irrelevant to anything that happens.
EVERYTHING, pay needs to be restructured, pay is designed to not help your customers appropriately. Their motto should be lie, cheat, and steal because that’s what they train their agents to do. Neglecting customers is the specialty here.
Don’t. Go anywhere else, avoid Confie and Freeway.
