This is a position on the IT Cybersecurity Patching and Vulnerability Management team. This position will join a team of experienced Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager/SCCM administrators to ensure that servers and workstations receive updates on a frequent basis. This position will also participate in vulnerability assessment and remediation.
The preferred locations for this position are Houston, TX or Colorado Springs, CO.

Core Responsibilities:


Improve, support, and maintain Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)/System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) Infrastructure and architecture. Improve and maintain Windows Server and workstations patching process and cycle. Actively verify and apply security patches. Maintain and monitor MECM/SCCM Platform and MECM/SCCM client health on servers and workstations and mitigate identified problems. Verify all endpoints are contained in MECM/SCCM inventory and perform routine audits of workstations and servers to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines. Create and deploy application deployment packages through MECM/SCCM. Develop and maintain PowerShell Scripts to automate day to day tasks. Develop and maintain documentation for MECM/SCCM procedures and configuration of systems. Drive vulnerability assessment and remediation. Handle escalation support for workstation and server related issues. Adhere to all IT governance and IT policies. Follow change management procedures.


Position Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:


Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, engineering, or a related field or equivalent. 3+ years MECM/SCCM administration and MECM/SCCM patch management experience. Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM)/Intune is a plus. Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation, Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP. Experience with SQL based reporting. Knowledge of networking fundamentals. Experience assessing and remediating vulnerabilities. Understanding of vulnerability risk responses. Familiarity with CVE scoring and the National Vulnerability Database (NVD). Must have the initiative to bring the projects to successful completion with minimal supervision and the ability to handle many diverse tasks simultaneously. Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment that operates 24/7/365. Must be able and willing to fulfill responsibilities after regular business hours when necessary. Outstanding written and oral communication skills and the ability to prioritize work. Strong team player and the ability to work well with other team members. Experience with Hyper-V, Citrix and Azure is a plus. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Salary Range: $72k-$147k. This position may include a discretionary annual incentive plan. This position includes a discretionary annual incentive plan. Job level and pay commensurate with experience and skill set.

Supervises the capture, coordination and administration of health care related configuration management data and the associated data capture activities.

Provides high-level analysis and detailed level configuration mapping documents which can be efficiently loaded in into the system and the load process is repeatable across multiple environments as well as across multiple accounts. Works with product team and senior analyst to develop configuration mapping processes and documents to ensure client satisfaction with data and its impact to the product.

Analyzes system design to determine the scope of data required and prepares documentation necessary for change.
Develops procedures for and executes the introduction of changes to configuration mapping documents.
Oversees the review and release configuration mapping documents across all of the healthcare system or multiple functional areas within the healthcare system (i.e. Claim Adjudication, Claim Payment, Benefit Plan, Member Enrollment, Provider Credentialing, Third Party Liability capture, etc.,)
Supervises and/or leads a group of comprised primarily of subject matter experts, systems analysts, technology architects or business analysts conversant in one or more healthcare functional subject areas.
Responsible for day-to-day decisions on the account configuration mapping processes and data - acceptance of data and determining if and when outside tools are required to complete a configuration mapping tasks .
May have some authority for personnel actions.

Basic QualificationsNine or more years of Data Mapping, Healthcare Data Capture or Processing, Data Conversion
Five or more years leading an implementation, development or configuration team.
Experience in implanting a Healthcare System or experience maintaining a Healthcare System.
Experience with application architecture and/or product development experience
Experience working with technical products in any of the following areas: Medicaid, Medicare or private health insurance
Experience working with application design principles and product configurations
Experience working with software development life cycle

Other QualificationsPersonal computer and business solutions software skills, including but not limited to EXCEL, WORD, VISIO and PowerPoint
Highly proficient in developing SQL
Good communication skills to communicate with clients, vendors, team, support personnel, application development personnel, testing team and management
Good analytical and problem solving skills for design, coordination and testing of applications
Intermediate skills in application administration, design and architecture
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to work with relational databases

AT&T has an opening for a Network Configuration Manager to be responsible for the execution of the CM process, which includes operating the defined and agreed process, ensuring it interfaces with all other relevant processes, reviewing the effectiveness and efficiency of the process, performing process audits and managing the process improvement cycle.
**The job duties of the Network Configuration Manager are as follows:**

+ Ensuring that the Configuration Management (CM) environment facilitates product review, and change and defect tracking activities, and preferably has experience or training in the use of CM tools.

+ Developing the CM plan

+ Reporting progress based on change requests

+ Understanding configuration management principles

+ Auditing configuration management activities by validating results against the baseline. Reports findings to change manager for final review and recommendation of revisions as appropriate

**Required Clearance** :

TS/SCI with poly (#ts/sci) (#polygraph)

**Required Qualifications:**

Six (6) years of experience as a TW in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity are required. Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. A Master's degree may be substituted for two (2) years of experience, reducing the requirement to four (4) years of experience. Four (4) years of additional TW experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.

**Desired Qualifications:**

Experience with installation and configuration of any levels of network devices, such as firewalls, switches, routers, cabling, Cisco, Brocade, or Juniper devices is a plus.
