There are no pros. The company has been a mom and pop shop forever. Company has no dev team and no leadership. Stay away from this company!
No diversity. LGBT can not work there. The company has no clients. Product is impossible to sale. Backend is a disaster because of a bandaid approach by dev team and sales engineers.
Fake Town Hall meetings. No benefits. No promotions. No one can sale the product. Classify360 is a broken open source solution.
The CEO and leadership team belongs in a circus.
Company culture does not exist. You cover for the lies coming out of sales to build for customers.
Interview is with CFO/ HR then Sales and afterwards a presentation.
You are better off going somewhere else. It's a 5 million dollar company. Salary is low
