WHAT YOU WILL DO The purpose of the role of Nephrology Dietitian is to utilize nutrition expertise and clinical knowledge to educate patients on best choices for health and wellness when living with kidney disease to enhance health, well-being, and quality of life. The Nephrology Dietitian is responsible for supporting the nutritional health of patients at Satellite Healthcare. The Nephrology Dietitian assesses the nutritional needs of each patient, engages patients and their families or caregivers in establishing goals and developing individualized nutrition plans, and monitors understanding and response to therapeutic nutrition plans.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
One (1) year experience as a Registered Dietitian in clinical nutrition; 2 years preferred
Education:
Bachelor's degree and successful completion of dietetic internship/supervised practice. License/Certifications: Registered Dietitian credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR); License required in states with Dietitian licensure (TX, TN).
What we're looking for
Current Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) certification showing proof of registration with Commission on Dietetic Registration (includes Baccalaureate or Advanced degree).
Minimum of one-year experience in clinical nutrition as a Registered Dietitian.
Current Dietitian (LD/LDN) license in applicable state is required unless employed in the state of AZ, CA, CO, HI, IN, MI, NJ or VA. State certification (Certified Dietitian/Nutritionist) required in CT and NY. License must be maintained as current and in good standing.
Demonstrated working knowledge of the English language and ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); proficiency in all company clinical applications required within 90 days of hire.
Must meet any practice requirement(s) for the applicable state.

Mammographers are responsible for producing good quality exams in a timely manner while practicing good patient care and maintaining accurate patient records. The position assures the Mammography program meets all FDA Mammography Quality Standards Act and American College of Radiology requirements and standards.
This position is part-time (24 hours/week) at the Delaware Medical Campus.
Responsibilities And Duties:

Conducts Mammograms; Escorts patient to the room, completes proper documentation, and explains procedure to patient prior to mammogram procedure. Takes images for interpretation. Verifies images are of good technical quality.

Assists radiologist with stereotactic biopsy and needle localizations to include: machine calibration, sterile field set-up, explaining procedure to patient, offering consolation and ensuring comfort to the patient during procedure.
10%
Performs quality control and assurance practices. Schedules preventative maintenance and calibration on equipment and schedules necessary repairs. Assures all mammography manuals are kept up-to-date. Keeps accurate and current QC logs to document variances, investigates and corrects any abnormal QC occurrences.
