Using a working knowledge of CONMED's computer and documentation systems and procedures, the Senior Document Control Administrator is responsible for providing support with the preparation, processing, and resolution of Change Orders and changes to the Item Master, Bills of Materials, routings, and other documentation, for maintaining the PLM and ERP systems and various facets of CONMED documentation management systems. The incumbent will also be responsible for providing direction, guidance, and assistance to personnel such that paperwork is completed in an accurate and timely manner
This is an onsite position based in Utica, NY. Candidates must be within a commutable distance to be considered.
Key Duties:
Prepares, assembles and processes change order packages.
Works with the various computer systems to create and make changes to the Item Master, Bills of Material Routings, and procedures.
Review documents to verify all changes included with Change Orders are properly reflected.
Provides administrative support for aspects of the quality system for which the department maintains responsibility.
Assists personnel in resolving technical documentation issues/problems.
Provides documentation support for various projects with guidance from Quality Systems project leaders.
Assists with CAPAs. This includes processing changes to documents and assisting with the drafting of responses.
Expedites the change control process by tracing and documenting open change orders.
Other duties as assigned by management

We are seeking a committed professional to join our team. While this is a remote position not located at a physical Medtronic site, the candidate hired will be required to reside within the territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region. A valid driver's license is essential for this role.
The Medtronic Pelvic Health Sales Representative manages territory base business and growth by initiating, supporting and developing strategic implanting centers and assisting in developing key referral networks. In certain geographies this role will also have primary responsibility for development of referral networks. The Pelvic Health Sales Representative is also expected act as primary account/implanter relationship contact for assigned territory's customer needs including account level reimbursement responsibility. This includes coordination of all support activities and development of sales partnerships with distribution alliances.
This is a **field based** role. We are seeking a committed professional to join our team, required to reside within the territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region. A valid driver's license is essential for this role, which also involves travel outside the territory, presenting opportunities for broader engagement.
The identified territory is Rochester/Syracuse with preference for a candidate based in or near Rochester.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
+ Selling Pelvic Health devices for specific therapies to physicians, institutions, payors, and other appropriate medical staff
+ Partnering with strategic implanting centers to develop the account/implanter practice through;
+ Providing product and therapy technical support and service
+ Including consultation of strategic management and analysis of trends
+ Utilization of appropriate Neuro business partners to present marketing and business plans to accounts for territory development and growth

**Qualifications**
**Must Have: Minimum Requirements **
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 6+ years experience*
- OR Associate's Degree AND 4+ years experience*
- OR Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience*
*Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
**Nice to Have**
· Solid knowledge of the Reimbursement climate
· Experience calling on physicians in one or more of the following or related referral accounts - Neurology, Urology, Colo Rectal Surgeons
· Experience in developing new, innovative markets;
· Experience in making multiple referral calls on a daily basis
· Familiarity with the O.R.
· Solid job skills in business planning/consulting and territory financial analysis; preferred knowledge of managed care

**Other Job Requirements**
Frequent required travel to customer clinics, hospitals and offsite meetings.

Required Qualifications

The Senior Territory Manager (TM) is a field-based Medtronic Endoscopy sales position. This individual will call on healthcare organizations, primarily hospitals, in a defined geographic area. The Senior TM will serve as a customer facing product expert primarily responsible educating physicians and nurses on the clinical advantages of the entire GI product portfolio. The position is focused on expanding the utilization of GI products through market development and sales-oriented activities. Systematically tracking your territory progress, you proactively communicate your wins with your Regional Manager and push yourself to exceed each goal. When onsite with clients, you use your product knowledge and quick thinking to solve product problems and inform doctors, nurses and other staff as to the proper use and maintenance of our products. You take great pride in excellent service and are prepared to assist a customer whenever the need arises. As a Sales Representative, you love living in the fast lane and find purpose in selling Stryker products that are making healthcare better.
**What you need:**
+ 5+ years in an outside sales position (medical related fields or b2b sales preferred) or Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited University (with at least 2+ years of outside sales experience preferred)
**Travel requirement:**
+ Approximately 20% travel. Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive an automobile.
**Physical requirements:**
+ Medium work: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
+ Coordination of the eye, hand and foot movement with an ability to grasp by hand and meet cognitive demands to include visual and auditory discrimination/memory, reading ability and memory retention
**Mental requirements:**
+ Exercise discretion and independence when applying professional expertise
+ Must be able to manage time, projects, stress and conflict
+ Must possess strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication
+ Must be able to bring tasks through to completion with minimal supervision
+ Must have the ability to prioritize work and keep detailed and confidential records
+ Must be able to communicate/present to large groups of people
+ Must possess unwavering ethics & integrity in a competitive and demanding work environment
