Job Description Our distribution network is built to deliver stock to our stores and fulfill direct-to-consumer orders with speed and efficiency. Merchandise is shipped to our distribution centers ("DCs”), where it is received and inspected before being shipped to stores or direct-to-consumer customers. The Distribution Center operation encompasses merchandise processors, material handlers, and power equipment operators. New hires will be trained only on Cherry Pickers and start as put away/storage. Job Duties: Support our Supply Chain division servicing Retail Stores and Direct to Consumer operations. Duties include picking, packing, and sorting merchandise utilizing warehouse equipment; auditing, storing and retrieving merchandise from storage shelves. As an equipment operator, you would be expected to: Move an estimate of 800 boxes a day Hit 95% production rate minimum (expected after 4 weeks) Regularly move 30-60lb boxes **Please note: An equipment operator is also expected to be able to perform the tasks of a material handler and will not be driving equipment 100% of the time.
