Make all adjustments necessary to ensure parts stay within specified control limits. Simultaneous set-up and operation of multiple machines is required due to long cycle times. Keep coolant and oil levels at the proper levels and concentrations. After hardening is done, check handle alignment and straighten if needed. Check joint tensions and adjust as needed. Weigh gage as needed. Check handle spread and gage as needed. Check nose gap and gage as needed. Rope cut pliers following standard procedures. Re-file as needed. Needle Nose pliers must have the nose adjusted to meet Quality standards. Cell operators will be required to learn all of the jobs that are performed within the work cell. Complete appropriate paperwork and maintain 5S requirements. Qualifications: Requires some initiative and ingenuity to achieve the proper goals.
