Role Overview As Superintendent (or Senior/General Superintendent based on experience), you will own all field execution for $100M-$500M+ hyperscale data center projects. You will lead large on-site teams, enforce zero-incident safety, drive aggressive schedules, and deliver flawless quality for the world's most demanding owners. Key Responsibilities Full field ownership of $100M-$500M+ ground-up hyperscale data centers (powered shell, fit-out, Tier III/IV infrastructure). Direct day-to-day management of multiple foremen, craft labor, subcontractors, and owner reps on site. Relentlessly drive the 3-week look-ahead and overall CPM schedule using Procore, P6, and daily huddles. Lead complex MEP coordination, crane/lift planning, logistics, QA/QC, and commissioning support. Enforce an industry-leading safety program with the goal of zero recordable incidents. Manage material delivery, laydown areas, site logistics, and temporary power/utilities in a high-security environment. Deliver daily reports, weekly owner meetings, and real-time problem solving with project management and executive leadership. Required Qualifications 10+ years of field supervision experience on large commercial or industrial projects. Proven track record as lead Superintendent on data center projects $100M+ (hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, or powered shell required). Deep expertise in complex concrete, structural steel, MEP rough-in, and high-security site protocols. Mastery of Procore, Bluebeam, P6 look-aheads, and lean construction principles.
