We are seeking a Senior Test Engineer to work with our highly motivated and innovative design, R&D and test team to develop test (sort, final test, and characterization program for the most advanced STT-MRAM non-volatile memory products. Responsibilities: Develop/Maintain/Enhance test and characterization programs for STT-MRAM products. Responsible test development, debug and validation on ATE system to meet all aspects of data sheet specification (functionality, performance, DC/AC). Responsible for Characterization to meet datasheet specifications. Responsible for scripting to collect and generate characterization reports. Work closely with design and product teams on silicon verification, debug and characterization. Provide product engineering support for product debug, failure analysis and qualification. Ability to work with and manage outside vendors for test hardware (load board, probe card, cable assembly, etc.). Ability to work with and support 3rd party test houses. Performs other test engineering duties as assigned. Qualifications/Experience: BS +12 or MS +10 years experience in Test/Characterization Engineering is required. What You Will Do The Store Host is responsible for granting or denying access to the Connected Retail stores, while providing basic customer service skills such as greet the customers, opening and closing the door for each customer, and create a welcoming environment. The Store Host is also responsible for aiding when customer situations need to be deescalated, and partnering with onsite Security, Management, and/or contacting local authorities when needed. They will also help as safety escorts for employees and customers to and from their vehicles as needed. In certain locations, the Store Host will also act in the capacity of the Parking Lot Attendant and may perform duties of a Parking Lot Attendant directing traffic during peak periods of business. About the Job We're looking for our newest Inventory Control Lead who is eager and excited to join our growing retail team. The Inventory Control Lead is responsible for leading in the day to day inventory management & product receipt for a fast paced, high-volume retail. All product inventory is counted and received, organized and maintained, on the sales floor and in the secured storage facility. All temperature sensitive perishable product is properly stored in a temperature-controlled environment. First in First out (FIFO) method is followed as well as properly transferred using the Inventory Management platform in the POS. Finished goods are staged, processed and made ready for sale within 48 hours of delivery (including weekends). Ensure all cannabis products meet or exceed state and local compliance and regulatory standards. Cycle counts are conducted every day from Sunday through Wednesday, ensure accurate inventory levels are maintained in California Cannabis Track-and-Trace system (METRC). What You Will Do Oversee, schedule and assign tasks to Inventory Specialists Ensure proper care and First in First Out (FIFO) rotation of all inventory for retail sale Ensure all products are kept in their ideal state to preserve freshness and quality Ensure Metrc and POS platforms are accurately managed and maintained for accuracy of data Coordinate with Inventory Manager to expedite the sale of expiring products Conduct month end inventory audits and scan and upload final inventory counts to Finance Manage the product delivery process by checking all products against the Metrc generated manifest to ensure accuracy of the delivery Log and monitor all upcoming “best by” dates for incoming inventory so items can be tracked to ensure sell through before expiration Coordinate with the Inventory Manager to schedule a destruction of expiring products as well as notify the Store Management team Ensure all invoices and payables are properly scanned, logged, and communicated, ensuring clear communication within the accounting ecosystem Account for all inventory count discrepancies within manifests and delivery, and report them to the Inventory Manager/ASM/General Manager Responsible for receiving all product, checking in products (ERP and METRC), scanning manifests and COAs; scanning invoices as needed Work closely with Compliance Manager to ensure regulations are followed and address issues within 24 hours of occurrence Work with other store locations to trouble-shoot issues with inventory audits and receiving as needed Ensure new products are tagged and ready for sale within 48 hours of receiving Meet with Inventory Manager and Store Management team to regularly to ensure proper follow- up on all action items Accountable for proper disposal of cannabis waste both physically and systemically Manage/track all levels of inventory of the outlet(s) including cannabis, merchandise, shop supplies, promotional materials and all other non-cannabis items Abide by all policies and procedures of the company Walk the venue on a regular basis to ensure the facility is properly organized and maintained and address any issues promptly to Inventory Manager and/or General Manager Intimately understand state and local cannabis regulations to maintain compliance and regulatory standards. About the Job The position of Store Lead is responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members daily. This position prioritizes a focus on long term growth and development within our exceptional organization and the cannabis community. The Store Lead is a first level Supervisor, who are passionate about excellent customer service, consistent communication skills, teamwork and driving maximum results; takes initiative in being action oriented in order to keep frontline operations running smoothly and collaborate for solutions to issues that arise. What You Will Do Open and close the store as needed Oversees the Front Desk staff and ensures they are supported to answer phone calls, as well as promptly return voicemails and email Able to assist in a wide range of customer questions online, over the phone, and in-person regarding cannabis law, changing regulations, and inventory Supervise sales activities of all budtenders and ensures an exceptional customer service environment. Assist with the scheduling of training of new employees while providing guidance to new hire mentors Manage and delegate duties and responsibilities to staff when in the MOD segment Uphold inventory best practices and work closely with the Inventory Manager and inventory team Manage cash handling and registers daily Protect guest, staff, and assets from injury damage, or theft through prevention and rapid response Understand the protocol for major incidents, emergencies, natural disasters and crises and how to handle as they occur Maintain and enforce compliance SOP's to ensure they are in 100% compliance with all applicable authorities and requirements Be a resource for Product Specialists for product knowledge and resolving customer issues Enhance the store's reputation by ensuring the business does not suffer negatively in any manner Stay abreast of all cannabis industry-specific legislation, actions, and enforcement Build trust with team members and brand partners Provide employees with guidance and growth opportunities and ensure the dispensary is a positive work environment while maintaining productivity and profitability Represent the company at community functions and meetings always maintaining professionalism and respect Attend meetings as necessary Ensure dispensary compliance with internal, local and state regulations Maintain a positive work environment conducive to trust and respect Use discretion with sensitive and confidential security and business information Maintains the strictest confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines Perform other related work as required What We Are Looking For Must be 21+ years of age Experience working in Retail Management preferred (1-year minimum) Experience working in Customer Service (3 years minimum) Experience working in the cannabis industry highly desirable Experience working in medical services/health & wellness industry highly desirable Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in professional and life experience Must be authorized to live and work in the U.S. Must be able to pass a criminal background check Must be at least 21 years old Must speak/write English proficiently Proven ability to manage teams effectively and ensure excellence in training and performance Possess personal knowledge of the medicinal effects of cannabis and cannabis products Excellent customer service and communication skills Basic math skills and ability to make sound financial decisions Basic computer and information technology skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) Basic abilities in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) Exceptional conflict resolution, de-escalation and communication skills Demonstrated passion to serve the medical cannabis community and local neighborhoods Ability to adhere to the highest customer service with staff and the public at all times Ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations Possess a high level of organization, patience, and flexibility Compensation The hourly pay range for this position in the selected city is: $19.00- $22.00. What You Will Do The Store Host is responsible for granting or denying access to the Connected Retail stores, while providing basic customer service skills such as greet the customers, opening and closing the door for each customer, and create a welcoming environment. The Store Host is also responsible for aiding when customer situations need to be deescalated, and partnering with onsite Security, Management, and/or contacting local authorities when needed. They will also help as safety escorts for employees and customers to and from their vehicles as needed. In certain locations, the Store Host will also act in the capacity of the Parking Lot Attendant and may perform duties of a Parking Lot Attendant directing traffic during peak periods of business. The Store Host is constantly alert and aware of their surroundings and the general ongoings of the facility and will observe and report any suspicious activities through the proper channels. Primary Responsibilities: Create a customer friendly environment by greeting and welcoming customers and vendors in a friendly and courteous manner Assist in de-escalating situations in which customers are unhappy with current circumstances and provide customer soft skills to change behaviors. Partner with Management and Security if situations continue to escalate and further actions need to be taken.
