Ok need more staffing and better management

Been there 27 years food service a excellent place to work at but so many changes

Benefits could be better far as insurance health need better insurance so no problem getting prescriptions needed approved for your health being .

Ok for now need more teamwork at some point

Culture can be better

Calm and eye contact and make sure having words spoke correctly

Some of the people friendly but some places a lot of drama don’t need that in my life

I love putting smiles on the patient's/families faces.

When the patients were having a bad day and didn't want to come to their appointments.

I built relationships with the patients/families and had great conversations when the families visited.
