Job Summary:
The Part-Time Customer Service Representative 1 (CSR 1) is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service by professionally and efficiently responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues. This role involves arranging services, providing emergency response support, reviewing customer account history, and assisting with inquiries related to transfers, billing, and collections. CSR 1 also supports Field Service workers by accessing customer information and entering notes to facilitate customer service.

Assist Field Service workers by retrieving customer information and adding notes to support service responses, scheduling appointments if necessary.
Use the Customer Information System (CIS) to access data and generate reports.
Follow all safety standards (e.g., company manual, OSHA).
Become familiar with regulatory commission standards and regulations
Perform additional tasks as assigned.

As a Security Officer - Surveillance, you will be the person spotting threats before they escalate in environments such as a security operations centers, call centers, parking gatehouses, etc.

Responsibilities of Surveillance Security Guard
* You're able to stand, sit, walk, or climb stairs for extended periods of time.
* Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
* Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
* Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
* Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
* Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
* Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
* Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
* Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
Qualifications of a Surveillance Security Guard
* Be authorized to work in the U.S.
* Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
* Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
* Strong report writing skills
* Good eyesight and excellent abilities to maintain focus
* Strong proficiency with technology
* If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience - even better!
* You have a state license if required

Job purpose
To provide reliable testing, calibration, and maintenance of all types of meters and meter equipment.
Duties and responsibilities
Test, service, maintain, and calibrate all meters, instruments, transformers, and metering equipment with supervision, as needed
Accurately follow instructions for testing and programming all meters by ANSI and RGEC standards using computer driven calibration equipment
Thoroughly clean and repair meters with increasing skill and proficiency
Record and maintain all meters that are tested and repaired
Ensure all meters are properly sealed after testing
Train in the installation of instrument metering equipment
Ability to differentiate single-phase and 3-phase metering above 200 Amps
Ability to wire sockets for single-phase and 3-phase mounted meters with increasing skill and proficiency
Assist with assembly of primary metering equipment
Operate and maintain tools and equipment
Maintain all tools and equipment in accordance with instructions and designated purpose
Assist technical services technicians with logging field data and other duties as needed
Accurately inventory metering equipment in the shop
Learn and comply with Cooperative's safety rules and procedures.

Qualifications
A basic working knowledge of electricity preferred
Ability to learn the different types of electrical meters and electrical recording instruments
Ability to reason logically and relate hypothetical concepts to actual needs; to be flexible to changing conditions and equipment
Must possess good computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to generate and submit reports
Ability to learn program software(s)
Ability to communicate technical information effectively
Must possess good oral and written communications skills in the English language
Must be detail oriented, self-motivated and able to organize work efficiently in order to meet project deadlines
Possess a valid Texas driver's license
Insurable with the Cooperative's auto insurance carrier
Possess excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to maintain a harmonious working relationship with all Cooperative employees, members, suppliers and consultants
Must be or become certified in first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation
Working conditions
Field work may be required in conjunction with office related duties
Travel will be required which may include multiple over-night stays (weekends and holidays may apply)

Overtime hours may be required
Work outside in various, sometimes adverse, weather situations such as extreme heat and cold, high winds, rain, snow and ice storm conditions
