ConnectiveRx CEO and leadership

Chris Breakiron has been SunGard’s chief accounting officer since February 2014. He has primary responsibility for the company's accounting operations and leads its worldwide accounting team.

Harry Totonis is Chairman of the Board. Previously, he was CEO of ConnectiveRx and, prior to that, served as President and CEO of Surescripts. Under his leadership, Surescripts became the nation’s largest e-prescribing and clinical information network, connecting physicians, pharmacies, PBMs, EMRs/EHRs, hospitals and HIEs.

He is on the Genstar Capital Strategic Advisory Board, a trustee at Suburban Hospital/Johns Hopkins Medicine and a member of Business Executives for National Security.

Kelly Broder is a General Counsel & Chief Privacy and Compliance Officer at ConnectiveRx and is based in Bedminster, New Jersey. She has worked as Health Law Attorney at McDermott Will & Emery; Health Law Attorney at Blackwell Sanders Peper Martin, LLP; and SVP Human Resources at Surescripts. Kelly studied at The University of Kansas between 1998 and 2000, Creighton University School of Law between 2002 and 2005, and NETikos between 1996 and 1998.

Bob Shambaugh is a Chief Operating Officer at ConnectiveRx.

Danielle Daly is Chief Marketing and Communications Officer and leads the strategic vision for ConnectiveRx’s branding, marketing, internal and external communications and events. She also directs the company’s culture and employee engagement initiatives inclusive of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

Danielle has successfully built and executed global communications, marketing and influencer platforms for nearly 15 years. Prior to joining ConnectiveRx, she was Senior Manager of Global Communications and Entertainment at Under Armour. She graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park, with a BA in communications.

Frank Dana leads ConnectiveRx’s revenue and commercial organization, driving strategic growth and the creation and execution of customer account plans. Previously, he was the SVP of Operations.



Frank has a BS in Accounting and Finance from the University of St Francis.

Jim Mahon is an EVP Chief Product Officer at ERT Clinical and Chief Development Officer at ConnectiveRx and is based in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania. He has worked as EVP Corporate Development at Symphony Health Solutions, Consultant at Accenture plc, and EVP Chief Product Officer at ERT. Jim attended University of Notre Dame between 1984 and 1988, Byram Hills High School, and Columbia Business School between 1990 and 1992.

Julia Laurin is Chief Product Officer, leading enterprise-wide product strategy, product lifecycle management, and R&D innovation. She also oversees provider network development, data governance, and market research.

Prior to joining ConnectiveRx, Julia was the Vice President of Product at Clarivate Analytics and Thomson Reuters Intellectual Property & Science. She earned her JD from UC Berkeley School of Law and her BA in International Relations from Wellesley College.
