Rusty joined Connectria in 1999 and is a customer-focused executive responsible for the day to day and strategic leadership of global operations, engineering, and technology. His management responsibilities include data center operations, sales engineering, consulting, compliance, supply chain, and customer support. Rusty brings 20+ years of expertise in architecting and managing mission critical software and infrastructure systems for Fortune 500 companies.

Rusty has held multiple leadership positions with Connectria. Most recently he served as Vice President of Engineering and Operations over REDPLAID Managed Hosting, a division of Connectria. In 2014, he executed the merger between Connectria and REDPLAID and took over the COO position.

Before joining to Connectria, Rusty held various Enterprise Architect and engineering roles for Financial Services companies, including State Farm, Edward Jones and AG Edwards (now Wells Fargo).

Rusty holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Missouri and an MBA from the Robert J. Truslaske, Sr. College of Business at the University of Missouri.
