KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES FORKLIFT DRIVER
Operating a forklift, shipping and receiving, stacking lumber and assisting in other warehouse operations.
DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS
Provide support to the supply chain by collecting, loading, shipping and receiving warehouse products.
Operate technical equipment, optimizing loading and unloading for efficient logistics.
Support other warehouse functions to ensure smooth business operation.
Must be able to read and interpret job orders.

Requirements

Forklift experience required.
Manufacturing experience preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand 100% of the time. WORK ENVIRONMENT

Responsibilities & Principal Duties:
Take full ownership of ensuring Customer Critical Products are efficiently loaded, transported, stored, and shipped to their Project Sites
Assist the Program Manager in the support and management of accounts
Acting as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders (OEM, Client, Third Party, BPSC)
Proactively communicate resource needs with all stakeholders
Contact suppliers to determine update rhythms/communication
Verify all products - quantity, dimensions, trucking requirements, dates, etc.
Ensure Service Providers are upholding quality service outlined in agreements
Ensure Service Providers (PLR Branches, carries, etc.) update & collect records with offload information
Ensure proper and timely billing for all loadouts/trucking/offloads/storage
Ensure proper approvals for all trucking invoices
Support the Program Manager with maximizing program market share, revenue, and profit
Support the Program Manager with upselling BPSC services and additional value-adds
Qualifications
3-5 years of Logistics experience preferred.
Experience with commercial, industrial, and contractor accounts
Advanced in Microsoft Excel
Strong interpersonal and communication skills including technical writing
High level of efficiency and accuracy
Solution-oriented
Excellent attention to details
Great time management and prioritizing skills
Must pass a Pre-Employment Microsoft Excel Test.

Requirements
We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to accelerate Conner's growth strategy across our manufacturing plants and packaging and regional teams. This role will focus on generating new demand, developing strategic opportunities, and equipping sales teams with proven prospecting discipline.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation at the Plant Level
Partner with plant leadership to identify and target local customer opportunities.
Use ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting tools to build and qualify lead lists.
Launch outreach campaigns that generate conversations and meetings for plant sales teams.
Packaging Opportunity Development
Identify ICP and best personas to engage with at high-value target accounts to support Packaging growth.
Qualify and educate inbound and outbound leads, ensuring alignment with Conner's new business enterprise accounts.
Nurture prospects and keep engaged when required.
Schedule and provide notes for discovery meetings that enable representatives to advance opportunities.
Work with sales to strengthen prospecting best practices, call/email cadences, and account penetration strategies.
Serve as a hands-on resource to accelerate pipeline development in underpenetrated territories.
Share tools, messaging, and insights that drive consistency and effectiveness in the field.
Qualifications
Proven track record in business development, prospecting, and opportunity qualification.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, both in person and virtually.
Proficiency with CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Microsoft Office.
Self-starter with the ability to adapt focus across different sales functions as business needs evolve.
