PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS, including, but not limited to the following:
Standing
Most tasks are performed from a standing position. Walking surfaces include ceramic tile "bricks" with linoleum in some food process areas. Height of work surfaces is between 36" and 4".

· Bulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more and are unloaded by the team member using a hand truck.

Carrying
· Large cans, weighing 3 pounds, 7 ounces, are carried from the workstation to storage shelves.

· Trays of pizza dough are carried three at a time over short distances, and weigh approximately 12 pounds per tray.
Pushing
· To move trays which are placed on dollies.
· A stack of trays on a dolly is approximately 24" - 30" and requires a force of up to 7.5 pounds to push.
· Trays may also be pulled.
Climbing
Team members must infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance.
Stooping/Bending
· Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station.
· Toe room is present, but workers are unable to flex their knees while standing at this station.
· Duration of this position is approximately 30 - 45 seconds at one time, repeated continuously during the day.
· Forward bending is also present at the front counter and when stocking ingredients.
Crouching/Squatting
Performed occasionally to stock shelves and to clean low areas.
Reaching
· Reaching is performed continuously; up, down and forward.
· Workers reach above 72" occasionally to turn on/off oven controls, change prices on sign, and lift and lower objects to and from shelves.
· Workers reaching down to perform such tasks as scooping cornmeal from a plastic barrel, or washing dishes.
· Workers reach forward when obtaining topping ingredients, cleaning work surfaces, or answering phones.
Hand Tasks
· Eye-hand coordination is essential. Use of hands is continuous during the day.
· Frequently activities require use of one or both hands. Shaping pizza dough requires frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists.
· Workers must manipulate a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven, and when using the rolling cutter.
· Frequent and/or forceful pinching is required in the assembly of cardboard pizza boxes.
· Team Members must be able to grasp cans, the phone, the pizza cutter and pizza peel, and pizza boxes.

Job Summary
A Maintenance Worker is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and remodeling Triple Creek Ranch and related facilities and grounds to enable continuous operation as a high-end, top level resort.
Minimum Required Qualifications
The person in this position needs to:
Frequently move about the property, common areas and inside guest cabins.
Constantly operate equipment and tools such as corded/cordless drill, impact driver, skilsaw, sawzall, grinder, palm sander, table saw, miter saw, nail guns, drill press, bench grinder, hand planer, power planer, routers, stick welder, acetylene torch, various hand tools for mechanic/carpentry, voltmeters, etc .
Occasionally ascend/descend stairways and ladders to access and make repairs on multiple levels and hard to reach areas.
Constantly position self to work and make repairs in small, confined and hard to reach areas.
Constantly detect needed repairs.
Frequently move and position equipment, tools, supplies, furniture and boxes weighing up to 70 pounds.
Frequently work in harsh outdoor weather conditions.
Essential Functions

Maintain the extraordinary five-star TCR image and resort appearance including all service, cleanliness, and appearance standards.
Become familiar with the Triple Creek Ranch operations including the basic lodge and cabin layout and design, grounds and facilities, automotive and powered machinery, storage and inventory, and fundamentals of the hospitality industry including reservations, reception, activities, marketing, housekeeping, kitchen, dining room and bookkeeping.
Comply with company policies & procedures, safety standards & rules, and federal/state/local laws and ordinances.
Work in a manner which accommodates guests' quiet enjoyment of Triple Creek Ranch.
Maintain records, inventory, equipment and materials in an organized manner.
Instruct co-workers on safe and proper operation and maintenance of ranch facilities.
Make reasonable recommendations to the Maintenance Manager for needed improvements, alterations and procedural changes.
Advise Maintenance Manager on matters related to cost effectiveness of repairs, remodels and various projects.
Advise staff and management on decisions relating to operating, purchasing, replacing and discarding systems, equipment and operational procedures.
Be able to perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
Be willing to respond efficiently to emergencies, break-downs and unforeseen ranch problems.
Keep adequate bookkeeping and receipts.
Ensure all deadlines are met.
Monitor and support Triple Creek Ranch operating procedures.
Work efficiently alone and with others.
Work harmoniously, politely and courteously with others at all times.
Other tasks and responsibilities as the need arises.

Job Summary
As a member of the Triple Creek Ranch management team, the Beverage Manager provides leadership to all wine and beverage related operations while achieving the highest level of quality, customer satisfaction and employee engagement. This position is for a Relais and Châteaux property and the service standards are very important to the level of service provided on the property. With that said, we are not a formal establishment and we are looking for an individual who not only possesses wonderful wine knowledge but also finds the personal connections with our guests without making the dining experience feel stuffy or impersonal.
Minimum Required Qualifications
The person in this position needs to:
Must have at least 2 years of fine wine experience.
Must be able to understand and execute wine tastings while educating guests for hour-long sessions.
Must be able to understand and execute wine pairings with fine dining food and give descriptions of the pairings to guests during their dining experience.
Constantly move about the dining room, kitchen and rooftop lounge.
Frequently use hands to open and pour wine.
Occasionally use cleaning equipment to wipe, scrub and polish.

Keep up with current wine trends through taste and travel. Make recommendations of house and premium wines as well as all other types of beverages.
