POSITION SUMMARY:
The Property Management Support Specialist will play a critical role in the successful implementation, adoption and ongoing support of EliseAI across a designated regional portfolio. Project Resources Group (PRG) is seeking a skilled AutoCAD Drafter with a strong background in telecom construction design. This role focuses on the preparation, coordination, and submission of Outside Plant (OSP) design and permitting packages for fiber optic networks.
Responsibilities
Draft Fiber to the Home (FTTH) and Hybrid Fiber-Coaxial (HFC) designs using AutoCAD-generated maps.
Utilize AutoCAD Map 3D and GIS formats to produce construction-ready prints.
Prepare and submit permit applications and support documentation to local, state, and other regulatory agencies.
Ensure designs and permit packages comply with applicable codes, regulations, and standards (e.g., NESC).
Collect and incorporate as-built data, field notes, survey data, and aerial imagery into project drawings.
Assemble and manage complete permit submittal packages.

Qualifications
Associate degree in Design and Drafting Technology or equivalent work experience.
