Conrad's Tire Express & Total Care Care is seeking a Stock Driver. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while supporting daily distribution and warehouse operations. The role includes safely operating company delivery vehicles, accurately handling parts and tire deliveries, and ensuring all transactions and documentation are completed in accordance with company policies and procedures. The individual will serve as a professional representative of the company and maintain high standards of safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Safely operate a 26-foot international box truck to replenish parts and tires at internal locations and warehouses approximately three days per week. * Load, secure, and unload orders for delivery while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. * Verify delivery contents, complete return forms, and process invoices, transfers, and related paperwork accurately. * Deliver customer orders promptly and professionally, following assigned routes and schedules. * Maintain courteous, professional communication with customers, vendors, and team members; refer complex inquiries to management as needed. * Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks; report any necessary repairs or non-routine issues to management. * Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure all safety and vehicle procedures are followed at all times. * Conduct daily vehicle cleanups and assist with facility housekeeping and general maintenance tasks when not making deliveries. * Support warehouse operations, including organizing inventory and performing other duties as assigned. * Follow all company policies, procedures, and attendance guidelines. * Exhibit professionalism, teamwork, and a proactive attitude under time-sensitive conditions. * Seek out training opportunities and skill development both internally and externally. WORK ENVIRONMENT: * Fast-paced automotive service environment. * Frequent exposure to varying temperatures due to the nature of the work and shop conditions. * Regular contact with automotive chemicals, including solvents, lubricants, and fluids used in vehicle maintenance and repair. * Extended periods of standing, bending, and lifting tires or equipment. * Requires adherence to all safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Involves teamwork, reliability, and effective communication to maintain a safe and efficient workplace. * Attention to detail and a commitment to quality service are essential for success. EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: * Minimum of 2 years of driving experience is preferred. * Must be certified to operate a tow motor and/or warehouse order picker.
