Technology Specialists act as product escalation function for both Meter Specialists and Field Technicians. Technology Specialists work to resolve high-level product concerns as they relate to submetering and the Meters department. The process includes, but is not limited to, researching and understanding meter issues from simpler to more complex systems, support of mixed systems, Gas & Electric issues along with related legal and compliance issues. The Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end execution of outbound and inbound logistics and technical inventory preparation. This position ensures that the right equipment is delivered to the right place, at the right time. This role will manage order fulfillment to make sure equipment is available for our nationwide network of technicians in addition to performing value added services to provide ready to install equipment to customers. Core Responsibilities 1. Fulfillment & Logistics Operations Demand Execution: Generate and release Transfer Orders (TOs) for Field Technicians based on confirmed site visit demand, ensuring inventory is available at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled need.
