Hours: Full Time, Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Mountain Time
Activation Client Specialists coordinate with clients and the appropriate parties to make for a smoother utility activation or deactivation process. You will field questions and issues from clients, then research the appropriate response or action. You will coordinate between the client, team members, and utility providers or tenants, to work out a solution. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients will be a direct reflection of how they view the company. Come join a successful team dedicated to quality work and true client satisfaction. Responsibilities
As an Activation Client Specialist, you will:
Research and respond to all direct correspondence with the clients that are sent.
Researching and Resolving Activation delays, Disconnects, and Client requests.
Coordinate conversations between clients and team members.
Responsible for calling and responding to direct calls from Utility Coordinators.
Research and document client disconnects
Providing a high-level summary of the disconnect and resolution.
