Pros of working at Consigli Construction Co

As far as working for Consigli Riggs as a laborer there really aren’t any pros, the higher ups treat the laborers as the military treat the grunts on the ground. You are a number and they either break you or ring all your blood sweat & tears outta you until you move on or they deem it time to lay you off

Cons of working at Consigli Construction Co

Too many Cons to list, this company treats office personnel & certain other trades that self perform pretty decently but they are ruthless to the masons & laborers that work for them

I never received and perks or benefits outside the benefits that they were obligated to contribute towards through my unions contract

What do you like best about Consigli Construction Co's CEO and the leadership team?

They rule this company through fear & intimidation, unfortunately there are so many of their long term workers that don’t see or know any better that they have broken so they just comply with whatever the leadership team implements

How would you improve Consigli Construction Co's culture?

I would know where to start, this is a company that needs to broken down to its core and completely rebuilt from the ground up. Morale is horrible @ Consigli and they should start there. The decision making in this company is horrendous

How did you prepare for the Consigli Construction Co interview?

I was referred over to these guys because they were in need of a hoisting engineer (Experienced Lull operator) I was vetted through my union hall & I spent the first day in a drug test & orientation phase

How does your compensation at Consigli Construction Co compare to the industry average?

It was sufficient, they do offer a decent amount of overtime if that’s something you’re looking for

Diversity is up to the normal standard

What brings you the most joy at Consigli Construction Co?

Helping & bonding with my colleagues. Helping out my fellow colleagues both from the GC & the sub contractors. Morale is always something that I find to be important in construction, sometimes morale @ Consigli is very lacking when it comes to the higher up leadership & safety officers
