Job Description
As a Branch Manager (BM), you will oversee the entire branch and have the ultimate responsibility for the branch's performance - both sales and operations. An effective BM is out working in the branch, interacting with employees and customers every day. The BM leads by example, coaches to the right behaviors, and holds their team accountable to do what's right for the customer.

What you will do

What you will do:

In this role, you will:
Perform environmental monitoring tasks for the aseptic environment, other controlled areas, and plant utility systems following specified instructions and techniques from Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Training Material, and other GMP documents.
Ensure all tasks are completed in a GMP compliant and safe manner.
Document all tasks within MODA, LIMS, or standard laboratory paper documentation utilizing GDP principles.
Entry of information into laboratory logbooks as applicable for tasks per SOP.
Partner and communicate with operations, aseptic services, validations, and other site departments as required for support of operations and GMP processes.
Perform Environmental Monitoring System (EMS) alarm acknowledgement.
Actively participate in daily and weekly laboratory meetings.
Accurately complete task management tools and handover communications.

Maintain training for all required tasks.

What you'll be doing:
Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems and determine corrective action by checking blueprints, schematics, repair manuals and parts catalogs.
Inspect, operate, and test machinery and equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions.
Performing basic welding activities to effect repairs on facilities and equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC's) and associated control systems.
Perform and assign all preventive maintenance on facility and production assets.
Follow blueprints, schematics, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications using a documented schedule.
Perform boiler chemical and wastewater pre-treatment system testing, record results in logbooks / computer systems and make necessary chemical adjustments as required.
Manage and assign all equipment maintenance, including repairs which cannot be completed during standard hours.
Assume responsibility for all shifts in the maintenance department.
Oversee and implement all maintenance related regulatory and environmental compliance requirements.
Assume responsibility for all aspects of safety within the maintenance department.
Perform Confined Space and Lockout / Tagout procedures where appropriate.
Monitor training status of technicians and provide time for required training as needed.
Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System.
Partner with the Production Manager to develop, manage and maintain budget for building, equipment, capital expenditures and parts/labor.
Train and develop maintenance partners.
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
What we're looking for:
High school and/or GED is preferred.
Two-year technical degree in an appropriate background is preferred.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Valid driver's license and a safe driving record are required.
Must pass UniFirst's maintenance knowledge assessment to be eligible for employment.
Knowledgeable in maintenance equipment. This includes wiring, electrical, mechanical, electronic components, pipe systems and plumbing required.
Minimum of 3 years of work experience repairing industrial processing equipment in a production environment required. Applicable military experience will be considered.
Minimum of 2 years of experience supervising maintenance personnel is preferred.
Maintenance administration experience including planning, scheduling, budgeting, negotiating, parts management, vendor management, maintenance management systems is required.
Ability to read blueprints and schematics is required.
Ability to read and understand maintenance literature printed in English required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills is required.
Experience in Hand & Power tools is required.
Lockout / Tagout experience is required
Ability to work overtime as needed is required.
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.

What you will do
The Sr. Commerical Security Account Executive is a senior level sales associate with accreditation/certification, team selling skills and knowledge of Johnson Controls integrated level technologies, including fire and other high-level applications. The position is responsible for securing profitable sales and upgrades to new, existing and discontinued Johnson Controls Commercial customers within an assigned territory while maximizing customer satisfaction and retention. This rep will also have a commanding knowledge of our product line, as well as that of our services. A portion of this individual's time will be spent working with and developing the skills of newer sales associates as directed by the Commercial Management team. This individual will work on all Fire, as well as integrated technologies to assure that the selling

How you will do it
Adhere to current Johnson Controls policies, procedures, products, programs and services.
Create new market share by selling a broad range of Johnson Controls products and services to new local commercial customers.
Sell additional products and services to existing accounts that continue to present new sales opportunities. Sell add-ons, amend, and convert existing customer systems to meet the customers' expectations.
Renew existing customer agreements.
Responsible for resale opportunities within an assigned territory
Sell products within assigned territory consisting of integrated video surveillance, access control, and fire sales.

Utilize approved marketing materials to include the Commercial Model Sales Call process to present sales presentation and proposal to prospects, assuring the customer understands our value proposition, positive features and advantages of our products and services over those of the competition. Follow up with prospects in a timely manner.
Independently establish call plans and customer follow-up strategies and tactics; consistently apply time and territory management techniques.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of complete line of products/services and customers' issues and needs through in-house training, networking and reading/research.
Obtain referrals and work with Centers of Influence.
Process work order and complete all paperwork in accordance with approved and standardized procedures.
Conduct post installation follow-up by contacting customer, ensuring commitments were met and affirm customer satisfaction once the customer has been in service.
Provide training/guidance to less experienced representatives.
Team-sell with other Johnson Controls associates, particularly representatives in the first 180 days of position being assigned.
Responsible for new business development for North America and Local business accounts - existing customers and new.
What we look for
Required
High school degree or equivalent required.
Minimum of 5 years' experience as a successful commercial sales representative in the security, IT or other technology sales industry, demonstrated by the consistent ability to meet and exceed quota.
Excellent oral, written and presentation skills with the ability to present to senior level executives within the customer and Johnson Controls organizations.
