Job Description:
The position requires working side by side with employees, and managing them and all warehouse/operations activities. These activities include warehouse operating systems, receiving, inventory control, order accuracy, and the timeliness of deliveries. This position is responsible for fleet safety and providing a safe work environment.
The Warehouse Operations Manager is involved in training staff, recruiting, hiring, orientating, planning, coaching and counseling, enforcing policies and procedures, and employee relations.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of warehouse management experience in the wholesale distribution industry managing at least 30 employees preferred.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Is a positive, energetic, and enthusiastic team member that demonstrates leadership by example in all aspects of operations.
Values customer service among both internal and external customers.
Is an effective leader/manager that is able to foster a team atmosphere.
Experienced in maintaining legal compliance with DOT, Hazardous Communication, OHSA standards, and safety programs.
Demonstrated experience coaching and counseling employees, hiring, interviewing, training, and onboarding employees.
Solid computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite.
40WPM typing speed and accuracy.
Plumbing and/or water works knowledge a plus but not required.

About the Position
The WarehouseLead is responsible for acting as a coach/leader of warehouse associates. The job is responsible to coach and train teammates to fulfill their individual daily tasks in addition to the Lead's own tasks. Functions
Train new warehouse associates and forklift drivers and conduct Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) and annual recertification training.
Conduct EIP, performance, and maintenance observations.
Safely operate powered industrial equipment to move products or materials for distribution such as clamp/slip sheet equipment; load, unload, and store materials/products in designated areas.
Complete applicable paperwork (i.e. shipping/tracking labels) per standard operating procedures and applicable regulatory agencies (i.e. DOT, IATA, IMDG, etc.)
Participate in inventory/cycle count activities as needed and report variances to leadership.
Perform daily safely inspections per the Safety Checklist on forklift trucks
Ensure facility is inspection ready at all times for SQFI, FDA, and customer needs.
Communicate and report any incidents to supervisor
Ensure product rotation procedures are followed.
Review and Analyze daily production reports.
Serve as backup to other warehouse roles, as needed.
Depending on specific department other duties may apply.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED preferred and be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
Minimum 2 years prior warehouse/distribution operations experience and 6 months experience related leadership or supervisory experience and/or training in a distribution environment.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous work experience working in a warehouse environment or general inventory and shipping knowledge is preferred.
Experience operating a forklift is a plus, but not required.

Material Handler Driver

Hourly Rate: $18 -$20/hour + Monthly incentive bonus after 90 days of employment. Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Summary: The Material Handler/Delivery Driver is primarily responsible for fulfilling orders, assisting with organizing and maintaining existing inventory, unloading delivery trucks and putting away stock. This position also acts as a Driver and is responsible for loading trucks and making safe, friendly and timely deliveries to customers. Responsibilities: Duties Material Handler: Locates material and pulls orders using established RF/warehouse procedures to fulfill orders; Responsible for unloading product (using both a forklift and hand loading) and putting away product accurately to designated areas within the warehouse; Checks in any incoming product using established RF/warehouse procedures for receiving, ensuring deliveries match the company purchase order; Meets or exceeds established goals for order pulling accuracy and inventory accuracy; Performs any necessary activities to get products ready for staging such as accurate labeling and wrapping ; Preps and assembles products as needed for custom non stock orders; Ability to operate equipment and machinery related to position such as a forklift; Assists with maintaining the warehouse in an orderly and clean state, and complies with all company safety procedures; Continues any relevant RF training or operations training as assigned by the Company. Delivery Driver: Operates Company vehicle safely and courteously while following the rules of the road. Skills: Technical Qualifications/Experience
* A minimum of one year experience in a similar position is preferred;
* Experience with RF devices is a plus;
* Experience with forklift and ability to maintain forklift certification;
* Clean driving record and the ability to drive a range of vehicles, from small pick-up truck to 2- ton/5-speed flatbed diesel truck;
* Must be 21 years of age to meet auto insurance requirements.

* Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records;
* Strong communication skills;
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision;
