Annual Base Salary for newly appointed BPAs varies per grade, as follows:

Duty location impacts pay rates; locality pay for federal law enforcement is higher in some locations than others. A fully trained BPA may be eligible for up to an additional 25% of base pay per the BPA Pay Reform Act of 2014. Duties and Responsibilities

Typical assignments include:

Preventing and apprehending undocumented noncitizens and smugglers of noncitizens at or near the borders by maintaining surveillance from covert positions to include using infrared scopes during night operations

You qualify for the GL-5 grade level if you possess one of the following:
Experience: One (1) year of general work experience that demonstrates the ability to take charge, make sound decisions, and maintain composure in stressful situations; to learn regulations, methods, and techniques through classroom training and/or on-the-job instruction; and the ability to gather concise information through questioning, observation, and examination of documents and records; OR
Education Substitution: A bachelor's degree or successful completion of a full four-year course of study in
any field
leading to a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; OR
Combination of Experience and Education: A combination of general work experience AND successfully completed college education. This will be calculated using your resume and official or unofficial transcripts submitted with your application.

Education Substitution for the GL-7 grade level: A bachelor's degree with superior academic achievement, which is based on (1) class standing, (2) grade-point average (i.e., GPA of 3.0 or higher out of a possible 4.0), or (3) honor society membership. Or will receive a bachelor's degree with Superior Academic Achievement. Other Requirements

The Executive Office Assistant will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks. What you will do as an Executive Office Assistant:
Ensure the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel/Senior Vice President for Administration keeps their daily schedules and works closely with the Executive Assistant to update schedule, reschedule, and update meetings and schedule accordingly.

This is a hands-on, operational, relationship-focused role that blends customer service, applications support, CRM/ERP management, and proactive outreach. This is not a commission or quota-driven sales role.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary internal contact for customers, distributors, and manufacturer's reps.
Maintain CRM and ERP data, including order entry, quotes, follow-ups, customer notes, and sales pipeline updates.
Proactively reach out to customers for reorder opportunities, account health checks, and scheduling of anticipated needs.
Support reps and distributors with product information, pricing, documentation, and application guidance.
Provide Tier 1 application assistance by helping customers identify the correct control module or product family based on their needs.
Work closely with engineering and operations to relay customer requirements and ensure accuracy in orders and product application.
Prepare reports on sales activity, account trends, and distributor performance.
Monitor marketplace activity and customer patterns, communicating insights internally.
Contribute to improvements in customer experience, internal processes, and sales operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
3-5+ years of experience in customer service, sales operations, inside sales, account management, or technical support-ideally within manufacturing, electronics, industrial equipment, or a related technical field.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and follow-up timelines.
Technical curiosity and willingness to learn how electronic control modules and timing devices work.
Comfortable reading product data sheets and discussing basic application details with customers.
Excellent communication skills-clear, professional, and customer-focused.
Experience with CRM software and/or ERP systems (any platform).
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a small, collaborative environment.
Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Technical, or related discipline).
Work Environment:
Fully onsite role at the company's East Syracuse facility.
Small, close-knit team with direct access to leadership and engineering.
Friday is a quieter office day (factory closed), ideal for catching up on communication and reporting.
Occasional travel (about 10%) for customer or distributor visits if needed.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $75,000-$120,000 depending on experience

SUMMARY
The Community Assistant (CA) works with and supports the team of property management professionals in achieving occupancy and retention goals by performing administrative tasks related to leasing, marketing, and customer service at the community.
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Performs administrative tasks for the leasing office including but not limited to: copying documents, filing resident files, preparing notices, handling resident calls, and organizing rent payments and other collateral materials.
2. Assists with sales and leasing activities to achieve the property's revenue and occupancy goals by conducting virtual tours, responding to online inquiries, greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting property tours, and showing apartments.
3. Assists with the lease preparation process by generating all required lease paperwork and organizing resident lease files.
4. Assists with move in and move out process for residents; commits to working move-in and move-outs with the understanding that these events, along with "turn", are mandatory work dates. Any time off during these dates will be considered an exception and must be requested and approved in writing by the Community Manager well in advance.
5. Answers incoming calls and sets appointments for prospects to tour the property.
6. Performs on-campus marketing outreach to generate Community awareness and qualified traffic.
7. Assists with coordinating resident functions, including parties, birthday cards, unit visits, and other programs to achieve resident satisfaction goals.
8. Schedules and conducts resident visits as directed and distributes notices such as flyers, newsletters, resident surveys, and late notices.
9. Acts as an after-hours liaison between residents and property management. Works mandatory on-call schedule, for
which the CA will be paid a specified minimum number of hours plus any actual hours which exceed the standard
minimum hours. Responds to after-hours emergencies within a required period of time. At least one on-call shift per
week is expected; however, the schedule is determined at the site level.
10. Responds quickly and courteously to resident concerns and questions and takes prompt action to solve problems and/or document and convey resident or other requests to the appropriate individual(s).
11. Must be available to work a minimum of 10 hours per week.
12. Must be enrolled at a local university and be in good academic standing.
13. Lives onsite unless an exception has been granted by a Director of Operations or Senior Director of Operations.
14. Other duties as assigned.

The hourly range for this position is $15.50 - $15.63.
Additional Compensation:
Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.
