Pros of working at Constellation Brands

The hours are really flexible. I love the tip share program they implement. They're really loyal to their employees.

Cons of working at Constellation Brands

They don't really like to hire new people so if we're short handed for awhile based on sick employees or employees taking their PTO then we were sort of left out to hang.

Constellation Brands Benefits

They have an extensive product allowance every year.
