Qualifications:

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Unit Manager to join our corporate team. The Business Unit Manager will lead the planning and execution of volume and profit driving initiatives for the dynamic Pickles category. Gain broad exposure to all functional activities including sales and customers, operations, product development and finance, which results in the development of strong marketing and general management skills.
You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
* Executing the annual business objectives, strategy and tactics for the Pickles category, working closely with Director and leading cross-functional teams; assisting in the development of mid and long-term strategic business planning; act as the key cross-functional go-to person for project decisions, guidance, communication and management
* Serve as the subject matter expert in the category: Own private label and branded category product assortment, product life cycle, pricing strategy and monitoring category changes. Identify innovation, price-pack architecture, and value propositions for the product category. Responsible for the development guardrails for RDI team and building compelling stories for Sales using syndicated data analysis. Lead in the development and delivery of category and product presentations. Work closely with Sales to ensure proper and timely customer communication.
* Provide ongoing reporting and analysis on category for competitive strengths and weaknesses, identifying growth opportunities and defense strategies as needed. Tracking competitive efforts and recommending adjustments to changing market conditions

The Food Scientist supports the Value Engineering team by leading the design, planning, validation, and implementation of cost savings, efficiency improvements, and consolidation projects across the TreeHouse Foods portfolio. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
-Zone A: $106,700 - $204,900
-Zone B: $97,800 - $187,900
-Zone C: $88,900 - $170,800

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox's incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
