The Sous Chef works closely with the Chef de Cuisine to create and execute outstanding food that shows the wines well. They are responsible for various kitchen duties including food and meal preparation, execution of service, and cleaning tasks as assigned. Oversee and responsible for kitchen staff scheduling and management.
Responsibilities
Provide food preparation duties as assigned by Chef de Cuisine (CDC)
Assist with delivery and/or pickup of food/event supplies as needed
Maintain recipes and menus to be served to hospitality guests and at events as assigned by Winery Chef
Direct and support and review staff with KPIs and performance
Partner with HR with any employee issues or concerns
Regularly develop, test, and implement new recipes to pair with The Prisoner Wine Company (TPWC) wines.
Provide dishwashing and kitchen cleaning duties as assigned by CDC
Inventory kitchen supplies on a monthly basis
Ensures kitchen is maintained at a safety and health standard consistent with the standard of TPWC.
Assist with setting up and breaking down of meal service, tastings, and events
Assist with stocking of wines at all venues
Assist with cleaning projects as assigned
Assist other Constellation Brands properties as required
Assist in supervising temporary or on-call kitchen Help in the absence of the CDC
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 2 years' experience in a professional kitchen
Degree from an established Culinary Academy recommended
Current Food Handlers or ServSafe Certificate
Must have culinary skills
Must know and understand meal preparation with regard to timing and logistics
Solid organizational and time management skills
Must make decisions with good judgment and maturity
Effective written and verbal English skills
Must have knowledge of state and federal laws concerning safety, sanitation, and cross-contamination and must abide by these laws
Must be creative and motivated about food and wine pairings

Position Summary
The Brand Luxury Events Associate Manager supports the Brand Enablement and luxury events efforts; under the leadership of the Sr. Manager of Brand Luxury Events. Assists in managing multiple vendors in the development, production and delivery of marketing materials and tactics; ensuring adherence to brand standards.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required preferably with a concentration in event development is ideal. An understanding of luxury space is a must.

Expert knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics and tools; ability to synchronize consumer insights, sales and volume data to identify in market luxury event opportunities and drive to successful completions.

Your role at Clorox:
The Senior Corporate Counsel - Licensing & Product Marketing partners with cross-functional stakeholders to support strategic partnerships, innovation, and brand expansion. This role leads trademark licensing and marketing transactions and provides solution-oriented product marketing counsel to select business units. Reporting to the Senior Director of Legal - Business and Product Marketing, the role may include management and supervision of a paralegal.
In this role, you will:

Your role at Clorox:
As a Data Scientist in Marketing, you will have the opportunity to apply data science techniques across our portfolio of brands to develop novel tools and analyses that push the boundaries of marketing analytics within the company. You will support building data products and translating data into clear and compelling insights ensuring proper activation that leads to business impact.
You'll work closely with other data scientists, engineers and business partners across Marketing, Sales and R&D to derive insights from diverse data sources, help the business make data-driven decisions and apply cutting edge data science techniques. The ideal candidate is curious, collaborative, and passionate about data science and product analytics with business facing experience.
In this role, you will:
Contribute to the development and deployment of end-to-end AI/ML/Gen AI models, focusing on marketing, measurement, and predictive analytics.
Explore, test and implement GenAI solutions (e.g., LLMs, embeddings, RAG pipelines) for use cases like personalized marketing, customer insights, or content generation.
Scope and define data science projects, set clear deliverables, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop and deploy impactful models.
Write clean, well-organized code in GitHub repositories, following version control and collaboration best practices for development with other members of the team
Collaborate closely with data engineers to ensure data quality, feature engineering, and the development of efficient data pipelines.
Act as a strategic partner to business stakeholders, helping them frame problems in a data-driven way and translating business goals into analytical solutions.
Lead discovery sessions with marketing, product, and leadership teams to understand pain points and identify opportunities where data science can create value.
Present analytical findings and model results through compelling storytelling, using visualizations and business context to drive alignment and decision-making.

What we look for:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field. CPG experience is preferred
1+ years of relevant experience with a Master's degree, or 2-3+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree.
Proven experience working with business stakeholders; business-facing or consulting experience is preferred.
Technical Skills
Programming: Proficiency in Python and SQL.
AI/ML Expertise:
Experience developing and deploying machine learning and generative AI (e.g., LLMs, embeddings, RAG pipelines) models.
Skilled in predictive modeling, personalized marketing, or customer analytics use cases.
Data Handling:
Comfortable working with unstructured/messy data.
Skilled in data exploration, cleaning, and feature engineering.
