PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Performs advanced technical/engineering problem solving in support of plant operations. Coordinate with station engineering to develop and execute condition-based maintenance (CBM) programs. Possesses excellent knowledge in functional discipline and its practical application and has detailed knowledge of applicable industry codes and regulations. Technologies include, but are not limited to, generator testing, voltage regulator testing, motor testing, Doble testing, protective relay testing and calibration, as well as breaker maintenance.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Perform predictive maintenance and calibration testing on major plant apparatus, writing reports, and maintaining the logs
Perform maintenance and calibration in support of plant operations
Provide technical support to plant operations, maintenance staff, and engineering in including technical procedure and specification reviews
Provides in-depth technical expertise to develop, manage and implement engineering activities and programs
Accountable for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of work ensuring proper configuration management and assuring that standard design criteria, practices, procedures and codes are used in preparation of plans and specifications.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Associate's degree in engineering technology, electronics, or related field OR

Primary Purpose of Position
The Journeyman HVAC Installer installs and modifies existing residential HVAC equipment and all types of related products according to installation instructions, supervisor instructions, and all applicable county or city codes, which includes performing miscellaneous troubleshooting and repairs, modifying and fabricating sheet metal as needed per installation, and identifying any electrical, plumbing, and/or safety problems that apply to the installation and take necessary corrective action.

Assists in advanced applications of home comfort products.
Performs clerical duties necessary to complete job work orders.
Performs independent work in residential heating and air conditioning, replacement applications, residential plumbing and gas piping, residential flue venting, and residential sheet metal ducting applications.

Maintains proper truck stock and equipment maintenance.
Works independently or under direct supervision, applying established procedures to accomplish assigned tasks.

LOCATION
This is a hybrid position based in the Mid-Atlantic US. Up to 30% travel is required, to support projects concentrated in the Mid-Atlantic region. PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
As Technical Sales Manager (TSM), you will lead project development and collaborate with customers to deliver energy solutions. You will use your expertise in building systems and project design to support sales for energy efficiency infrastructure projects. The Principal TSM identifies and develops Energy Conservation Measures and manages technical aspects from project conception to contract award. This customer-facing role balances technical oversight with client engagement to drive business objectives.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Serve as the technical subject matter expert throughout the project development and sales cycle, focusing on building systems, mechanical and engineering design/performance, systems interactions, and utility rates/tariffs.
Expand project scopes by integrating Energy Efficiency, Sustainability, and Resiliency offerings beyond traditional measures.
Collaborate with the Business Development Manager and cross-functional teams to evaluate the technical and financial feasibility of project opportunities. Provide technical expertise and support during customer presentations led by the Business Development Manager.
Coordinate activities related to legal review of documentation and financing procurement.
Evaluate utility profiles and facility infrastructure to establish project direction, scope, and financial elements, including development of accurate financial pro formas and technical scopes of work.
Conduct initial facility and infrastructure assessments to identify Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs), infrastructure improvements, and corresponding energy, operational, and financial benefits.
Lead cross-functional teams through the development of all required project deliverables from initial qualification to contract award. Identify and align appropriate resources to define project scope, develop cost and savings models, and complete all related documentation. Negotiate scope and pricing with subcontractors to ensure alignment with project goals.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and manage project deliverables, budgets, and schedules, ensuring timely completion. Oversee resource allocation and associated expenditures. Throughout the sales cycle, coordinate efforts to secure all necessary project approvals.
Conduct quality control reviews of all project deliverables and supporting work products to ensure accuracy and completeness.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 8-years of project development or sales engineering experience developing facilities-based or building infrastructure projects or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Demonstrated technical knowledge and understanding of building systems and technologies, and the interaction of building systems
Experience performing cost savings analysis and leveraging customers' operational data to gauge value of potential project engagement opportunities
Demonstrated technical writing skills combined with strong financial and business acumen, including the ability to develop project pro formas and detailed scope-of-work documentation

The Technical Sales Manager (TSM) provides building-systems knowledge & development/design expertise in support of sales efforts for Energy Efficiency focused Infrastructure Renewal and Building Upgrade & Improvement projects. Primary Purpose of Position
Directly responsible for the supervision, assignment, and coordination of Outage Planning and Services (OP&S) operations and maintenance activities to support safe, reliable, and efficient outage activities consistent with Constellation Nuclear and clean energy center goals.
Primary Duties and Accountabilities

**Primary Duties**
+ Provides primary contact with customers for various projects such as: residential, commercial, governmental, traffic signals and streetlights. Maintains adequate and effective customer contacts with various individuals such as: owners, government officials, developers, builders, architects, consultants and electricians. Prepare and communicate to internal and external customers project cost estimates using applicable engineering procedures. + Applies knowledge of engineering and design practices to prepare construction details for class of services, estimates, traffic control plans, space reservation drawings, third party ride-outs and jobs involving the distribution system using conventional, computer aided drafting and design and or electronic field data collecting. Identifies easement requirements. Performs calculations such as: pole type and height, pole locations, anchor requirements, down guy requirements, fuse requirements, transformer sizes, cable size & quantities, voltage drops, load flow analysis, feeder balancing, cable pulling tensions, regulator settings, fault currents and estimated class of service cost. + Provide necessary liaison with engineering and construction personnel. Verifies certification of customer structural facilities, payment received, and Temporary Pending Final (TPF) obtained. Prepare job release form and request, coordinate and communicate the project schedule.
+ Process and issue documents such as: service orders, work orders, assist with meter orders and street light forms as necessary to install, change, rearrange and remove service connection facilities and billing records. Monitor, updates and prioritize projects.
+ Reviews customer "on-site" structural facility drawings and/or switchgear drawings and make the necessary changes in order to process the drawings for approval. Review and markup "on-site" structural facility drawing and/or switchgear drawings' and prepare approval or rejection letter.
+ Performs field inspections to monitor construction status and as an individual or crew leader evaluate, analyze and obtain field site information necessary to complete the project. Direct and or set up traffic control and safety equipment as necessary to perform field duties.
+ Directs, trains and/or assist lower classified employees in all phases of Distribution Designer work.

**Primary Purpose**
**PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION**
Provide project controls cost engineering support to Directors, Manager of Projects, Project Managers, contractors and other key team members. Develop and monitor the annual budgets, actual and forecasted costs, and Long Range Plans for transmission, substation, distribution, and gas (PECO and BGE) projects and programs. Utilize multiple existing Exelon systems to support current and future work with respect to budgeting, financial forecasting, actual cost tracking, project authorization, work management, contracts, and material tracking. Provide broad analytical and operational support to the business unit. Prepare comprehensive reports to support business operations including reauthorization risk, forecast accuracy by Project Managers, program and department, CIAC forecast and analysis, contingency released and remaining, and others as requested. Utilize WPT to create PAR forms, ITN's, Project IDs, and update financial plan types. Coordinate project authorization process including updating decks for all centrally managed projects. Schedule and run monthly project status calls. Track and manage In-Service Dates and Project Aging PIs.

**Primary Duties**
**PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**
+ Manage project forecasting, accrual, and status process. Attend required meetings and reach out to project stakeholders for detailed project information. Identify project/program budget, forecast, and authorization issues early and assist in developing resolutions to meet project metrics. (25%)
+ Assist in the development and continued monitoring of the budgets and LRPs for transmission, sub-station, distribution, and gas (PECO and BGE) projects and programs. Monitor, track, and report project budgets, forecasts, accruals, and actuals (20%)
+ Manage project and program financial risks and opportunities and provide detailed analysis of variances to budget, quarterly plan, and month over month variance analysis. Support project management at resulting financial challenge meetings. (15%)
+ Develop, organize, and present project and program performance reports for both internal and external use. (10%)
+ Schedule and facilitate monthly forecasting and accrual meetings and prepare monthly project accruals and journal entries for project manager review and submittal to Finance department before submittal to Finance group, reporting variances and issues to both the project management and project controls leadership. (10%)
+ Analyze project actual and forecast data accuracy to ensure compliance with annual internal and external Sarbanes Oxley Audits. (10%)
+ Manage the vendor forecasting process which is used as a source of input for both forecasting and accruals by Project Controls. (5%)
