During initial license training, Total compensation earnings eligibility ranging from $159,000.00 to $182,000.00 per year (depending on experience and past license status) including a 15% annual incentive bonus, an initial sign-on bonus, $10,000 bonus spread through training milestones, a comprehensive benefits package, and a 401k with employer matching on contributions.
After obtaining SRO license, Total compensation earnings eligibility from $191,000.00 per year, including a target 15% annual bonus, License Premium, as well as, extended hours pay at 1.5 times the base salary (expressed on hourly basis) involving mandated operation shift coverage.

Constellation is seeking Initial License Trainees (ILT) to become a licensed Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) supporting Peach Bottom Generating Station located in Delta, PA.
The primary purpose of this position is to train and prepare to perform the duties of an Operations Shift Supervisor who holds a Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) License. Upon completion of training the candidate will be fully licensed by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) to supervise the licensed activities of licensed reactor operators in the reactor control room. They will also be trained to directly supervise bargaining unit reactor operators and equipment operators generally.
Primary Duties and Accountabilities
Attend Initial License Training (ILT) which includes classroom training and examination, along with on-the-job training and evaluation.
Successfully complete all phases of training to obtain an SRO license in order to perform the duties of an Operations Shift Supervisor.
Perform other job assignments and duties as directed by management or pursuant to company policy, including but not limited to emergency response, departmental coverage, call outs, and support of outage activities in positions outside the department.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma/GED
Meet or exceed one of the following:
1 year Reactor Operator license at a comparable facility or 1.5-years at a noncomparable facility. Comparable is Pressurized Water Reactor (PWR) to PWR or Boiling Water Reactor (BWR) to BWR and noncomparable is PWR to BWR or BWR to PWR.
1.5-years or more in a position equivalent to Reactor Operator (or Supervisor) at military reactor (i.e., Power Plant Watch Engineer, Engineering Watch Supervisor, Reactor Operator, Engineering Officer of the Watch, Propulsion Plant Watch Supervisor). Must have 1.5-years after qualification.
Degree from a 4-year program or equivalent in engineering, engineering technology or physical sciences, or professional engineer license, and more than 1.5-years as a qualified non-licensed operator or a supervisor or manager in work control, operations, engineering, outage management, maintenance, radiation protection, chemistry, or accredited training at a comparable (BWR or PWR) facility. Managerial, staff engineer, or supervisor experience at noncomparable plant may be credited on a 1.5:1.0 basis (i.e., over 2.25-years required for noncomparable facility), and 3-years required for a nontraditional degree.

LOCATION
This role will maintain an on-site presence at project sites 100% of the work week.

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Senior Construction Project Manager (PM) leads project teams and plans, directs, and coordinates activities of large-scale, energy efficiency-focused commercial construction projects. Ensures that projects are completed safely, with a high level of quality, & on-time and on/under budget. Manages all aspects of project phases, from pre-construction to completion. Job Scope:
Modeling & Scenario Planning develops and maintains system models required to run studies on the transmission system to ensure adherence to reliability criteria. Primary Purpose of Position
The position is a Senior Manager Federal Government Affairs position for Constellation Corporation and reports to the Vice President, Federal Government Affairs as part of Constellation's Public Policy Team. The Public Policy team strives to provide best-in-class policy strategy, development and advocacy support for Constellation's businesses. LOCATION
This is a hybrid position based in the Mid-Atlantic US. Up to 30% travel is required, to support projects concentrated in the Mid-Atlantic region. Candidates must reside in the territory to best support client site visits and other travel expectations. PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
As Technical Sales Manager (TSM), you will lead project development and collaborate with customers to deliver energy solutions. You will use your expertise in building systems and project design to support sales for energy efficiency infrastructure projects. The Principal TSM identifies and develops Energy Conservation Measures and manages technical aspects from project conception to contract award. This customer-facing role balances technical oversight with client engagement to drive business objectives.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Serve as the technical subject matter expert throughout the project development and sales cycle, focusing on building systems, mechanical and engineering design/performance, systems interactions, and utility rates/tariffs.
Expand project scopes by integrating Energy Efficiency, Sustainability, and Resiliency offerings beyond traditional measures.
Collaborate with the Business Development Manager and cross-functional teams to evaluate the technical and financial feasibility of project opportunities. Provide technical expertise and support during customer presentations led by the Business Development Manager.
Coordinate activities related to legal review of documentation and financing procurement.

Conduct initial facility and infrastructure assessments to identify Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs), infrastructure improvements, and corresponding energy, operational, and financial benefits.
Lead cross-functional teams through the development of all required project deliverables from initial qualification to contract award. Identify and align appropriate resources to define project scope, develop cost and savings models, and complete all related documentation. Negotiate scope and pricing with subcontractors to ensure alignment with project goals.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and manage project deliverables, budgets, and schedules, ensuring timely completion. Oversee resource allocation and associated expenditures. Throughout the sales cycle, coordinate efforts to secure all necessary project approvals.
Conduct quality control reviews of all project deliverables and supporting work products to ensure accuracy and completeness.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 8-years of project development or sales engineering experience developing facilities-based or building infrastructure projects or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Demonstrated technical knowledge and understanding of building systems and technologies, and the interaction of building systems
Experience performing cost savings analysis and leveraging customers' operational data to gauge value of potential project engagement opportunities
Demonstrated technical writing skills combined with strong financial and business acumen, including the ability to develop project pro formas and detailed scope-of-work documentation
Superior interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to present complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
Proven ability to develop, cultivate, and leverage professional networks and business relationships, including engineering firms and contractors

Primary Purpose of Position

Manage (or support a Principal or Senior Project Manager with the management of) transmission, substation, distribution, gas, and/or information technology projects consisting of cross-functional teams that can involve multiple disciplines and multiple operating areas including contract resources. Leads or supports project teams through business case / capital approval process, development and execution of project plans and project closeout. These projects have budgets that will typically range from $250K to $5 million. Position may be required to work extended hours for coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies.

+ When leading projects, is the primary communicator with the sponsor and key stakeholders on project issues, including executive level and interdepartmental presentations. The Project Manager is an individual contributor accountable for leading projects for various organizations. In this role, the Project Manager will actively manage or support a Principal or Senior Project Manager with management of performance, scope, budget and schedule within approved parameters and providing structured and detailed reports to the appropriate Management team. Tasks may include but are not limited to, ensuring the completion of business cases, budgetary approvals, project scheduling, requirements engineering, design and engineering tasks, vegetation management reviews, project reporting, project financial analysis, major equipment procurement, environmental analysis, obtaining real estate and relationship management with external customers, vendors, state and local agencies, and regulatory agencies.
