LOCATION This role will maintain an on-site presence at project sites 100% of the work week. Initially, this role will be on-site at project locations in Washington D.C area. PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION The Senior Construction Project Manager (PM) leads project teams and plans, directs, and coordinates activities of large-scale, energy efficiency-focused commercial construction projects. Ensures that projects are completed safely, with a high level of quality, & on-time and on/under budget. Manages all aspects of project phases, from pre-construction to completion. Act as primary liaison with clients, support development of subcontract and procurement documentation, including scope of work, equipment/material lists, and specifications. Primary Purpose of Position The position is a Senior Manager Federal Government Affairs position for Constellation Corporation and reports to the Vice President, Federal Government Affairs as part of Constellation's Public Policy Team. The Public Policy team strives to provide best-in-class policy strategy, development and advocacy support for Constellation's businesses. Our activities are focused on contributing to the realization of Constellation's primary growth strategies: protecting and growing its core, supporting acquisitions, expanding products and services, and building options for the future. PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION As Technical Sales Manager (TSM), you will lead project development and collaborate with customers to deliver energy solutions. You will use your expertise in building systems and project design to support sales for energy efficiency infrastructure projects. The Principal TSM identifies and develops Energy Conservation Measures and manages technical aspects from project conception to contract award. This customer-facing role balances technical oversight with client engagement to drive business objectives. PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES Serve as the technical subject matter expert throughout the project development and sales cycle, focusing on building systems, mechanical and engineering design/performance, systems interactions, and utility rates/tariffs. Expand project scopes by integrating Energy Efficiency, Sustainability, and Resiliency offerings beyond traditional measures. Collaborate with the Business Development Manager and cross-functional teams to evaluate the technical and financial feasibility of project opportunities. Provide technical expertise and support during customer presentations led by the Business Development Manager. Coordinate activities related to legal review of documentation and financing procurement. Evaluate utility profiles and facility infrastructure to establish project direction, scope, and financial elements, including development of accurate financial pro formas and technical scopes of work. Conduct initial facility and infrastructure assessments to identify Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs), infrastructure improvements, and corresponding energy, operational, and financial benefits. Lead cross-functional teams through the development of all required project deliverables from initial qualification to contract award. Are you in? **Primary Purpose** **PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION** Conducts sensitive investigations which require significant understanding of depth and scope of potential impact that investigative results may have upon employees and/or business initiatives. Determines and pursues courses of action necessary to obtain desired, investigative results, and makes recommendations in support of correcting internal controls issues, and/or policy/procedural deficiencies surfaced by the investigation. Plans, organizes and conducts minimal to complex investigations of alleged violations of law or the company's code of business conduct. Conducts investigative as well as information-seeking interviews of employees and non-employees, documents investigations, handles evidence, maintains liaison with internal and external resources, in order to achieve favorable results that support Exelon's business units and efforts. Provides recommendations to operating management to strengthen controls and further mitigate risk. Prepares clear, comprehensive and cohesive investigative reports based upon established procedures. **Primary Duties** **PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES** + Conducts complex and confidential internal/external investigations for the Utility. Identifies internal controls issues and works with management toward corrective action, so as to preclude additional, like problems. (30%) + Creates and inputs investigative incidents and results into Security case management system. (10%) + Reviews and analyzes background investigations for employees regarding derogatory information received during the vetting process. (5%) + Establishes and maintains federal, state, county and local law enforcement contacts and relationships. (10%) + Provides support for other Security functions and activities (Annual Shareholder Meeting, tabletop exercises, Executive Protection, Vulnerability Assessments, Crisis Management and BCP) (25%) + Provide employee training regarding such areas, but not limited to violence in the workplace, fraud, employee safety, physical site security and any other Security programs. (20%) **Job Scope** **JOB SCOPE** - Position Interacts with Business Unit leaders during the investigative process. - Provides and counsels management on risk mitigation recommendations, identifies internal controls weaknesses, and provides recommendations to strengthen the controls environment. - Investigations are conducted to support or refute allegations, with an emphasis on independent and impartial fact finding and investigating any actions which are perceived to be violative of the Company's Code of Business Conduct. - Works under minimal supervision. **Minimum Qualifications** **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** Bachelor's Degree. 4-7 years of law enforcement or Corporate Security experience in a Fortune 500 company. Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills. Knowledge of PC/desktop workstation applications; Microsoft Word, Excel; Outlook. Strong working knowledge of regulatory and accounting regulations (SOX, US Federal Sentencing Guidelines and GAAP) and company polices and procedures (Code of Conduct, Corporate Governance, etc.). Ability to obtain Concealed Carry Permits for applicable states, as necessary Ability to obtain Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act (LEOSA) qualifications for applicable states, as necessary In lieu of degree, 6-9 years of relevant experience **Preferred Qualifications** **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** Bachelor's Degree in Business or Criminal Justice. Certified Fraud Examiner. Experience in conducting vulnerability assessment of physical facilities. Experience in Business Continuity and Crisis Management.
