Primary Purpose of Position Manage and monitor the work activities of the assigned Maintenance division to ensure a productive workforce that supports all divisional, departmental, Clean Energy Center (CEC) and corporate goals while in accordance with all company policies and local, state and federal regulations. Primary Duties and Accountabilities * Effectively manage assigned staff (e.g. Hiring, Development, Compensation, Performance Evaluation, assist in ensuring Training Certification compliance, etc.) to ensure that all maintenance activities are performed safely and effectively by trained workers in accordance with CEC procedures, Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) regulations, and the CEC schedule. * Responsible for the planning and execution of all assigned maintenance activities during online, forced outages, refuel outages and unplanned power reductions for both internal and external personnel, which includes administration and oversight of all maintenance contract personnel. * Effectively communicate significant CEC and personnel issues to Maintenance Director and all applicable levels of CEC management. Fostering open communications and collaboration between all organizations internal and external to the CEC including Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO) and regulatory agencies. * Effectively manage departmental training program to maximize CEC performance while complying with all CEC, corporate, local, state and federal regulations. Provide feedback and insights to CEC training department on Maintenance and Technical (M&T) training programs. * Ensure timely fulfillment of regulatory commitments assigned to division. Responsible for managing a continual assessment program that assures maintenance excellence in accordance with CEC, corporate and industry standards, practices and policies. * Participates in all aspects of Maintenance Department management to support safe and efficient operation of the CEC, including the development, implementation, and performance monitoring of all corporate, CEC, and divisional business goals and objectives. * Manage and monitor departmental resources and expenditures for all assigned work, including refuel outages, within the approved budget. * Ensures optimum performance and equipment reliability for assigned equipment through effective implementation of corrective, preventative and predictive programs and procedures that maximize the use of new technologies in coordination with the work planning process. * Perform other job assignments and duties as directed by management or pursuant to company policy, including but not limited to emergency response, departmental coverage, call outs, and support of outage activities in positions outside the department. Minimum Qualifications * Bachelor's degree with 8 years of related experience OR * Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator license with 8 years of related experience OR * Associate degree with 10 years of related experience OR * High School diploma/GED and 12 years of related experience * 3 years of related experience which shall include 2 years of power plant experience, 1-year of nuclear power plant experience and 0.25 years of on-site experience * Must meet additional requirements as outlined in ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 (4.4.7) Standard, "Selection, Qualification, and Training of Personnel for Nuclear Power Plants" * Supervisory or managerial experience * Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties

Upkeep? * Establish, train and implement maintenance standard operating procedures as related to primary and secondary manufacturing equipment in the manufacturing and assembly departments. * Manages projects that include new equipment specification and justification, development of new manufacturing methods, machine capability studies, new product launches, equipment moves, machine upgrades and replacement through timelines, status updates and vendor visits as required. * Collaborate with the Operation to improve key metrics centered around OEE and quality performance relative to primary and secondary equipment. * Drive root cause solutions to improve safety, quality, reliability, mold change and processing as they relate to primary and secondary equipment. * Assists with the specification, installation and startup of primary and secondary equipment including injection molding machines, chillers, cranes, etc. Requirements What You Need To Succeed: * Safety first approach * Working knowledge of injection molding machines, gantry robots, secondary equipment including chillers, temperature control units, hot runner/valve gate controls, cranes, etc. * Root cause problem solving skills * Proficient with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical troubleshooting * Competent in Microsoft Office Suite programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, etc.) * Project and timeline management skills Required Education and Experience: * 5-10 years of hands-on maintenance and maintenance management experience in fast paced manufacturing environment * Vendor communication experience * Experience with preventative maintenance systems preferred * 5-10 years' experience in injection molding is preferred * Bachelor's degree in Plastics, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or similar preferred
