Primary Purpose of Position
Responsible for ensuring programs and processes are effectively utilized to support exemplary plant performance as Manager of the Organizational Effectiveness (OR) department, with direct accountability for understanding the comprehensive picture of clean energy center (CEC) performance, and for leading the development and implementation of solutions to performance gaps. Interfaces directly with the station leadership team and with Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), Nuclear Safety Review Board (NSRB), and with Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO), on matters related to the corrective action program (CAP), self-assessment programs, benchmarking, safety culture and human performance (HU).
Primary Duties and Accountabilities
Supports the site Senior Leadership Team in formulation and implementation of solutions to performance gaps, including identifying CAP, HU, performance improvement (PI) related actions, performance improvement tools, performance data, and root cause analyses to identify performance gaps.
Identify individual change agents and authorize them to influence the culture to mandate improved performance.
Provide challenge and insight to ensure that the performance improvement model is used to prevent, identify and understand, and correct issues at the clean energy center.
Develop insights and solutions around performance drivers at the CEC.
Provide oversight of the performance improvement concept, manage periodic document reviews and provide guidance to the CEC performance improvement personnel. Directly and through CEC team analyze site performance data and adverse trends using observations, CAP, self-assessment, benchmarking, operational excellence (OPEX), and performance indicator data and appropriately resolve opportunities for improvement.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 6 years of relevant experience OR
Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator license with 6 years of relevant experience OR
Associates degree with 8 years of relevant experience OR
High school diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience
Minimum of 4 years exempt level experience
2 years supervisory or managerial experience

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

Constellation is seeking Initial License Trainees (ILT) to become a licensed Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) supporting GINNA Nuclear Station in Ontario, NY.
The primary purpose of this position is to train and prepare to perform the duties of an Operations Shift Supervisor who holds a Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) License. Upon completion of training the candidate will be fully licensed by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) to supervise the licensed activities of licensed reactor operators in the reactor control room. They will also be trained to directly supervise bargaining unit reactor operators and equipment operators generally.
Primary Duties and Accountabilities
Attend Initial License Training (ILT) which includes classroom training and examination, along with on-the-job training and evaluation.
Successfully complete all phases of training to obtain an SRO license in order to perform the duties of an Operations Shift Supervisor.

Primary Purpose of Position

Primary Purpose of Position

Primary Purpose of Position

SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST - PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Sr. Financial Analyst has the lead day-to-day responsibility for managing and controlling O&M and capital costs. This role will support accurate planning, reporting and analysis of operations. This position entails increased scope and complexity including fleet wide special projects. Must be able to fulfill ad hoc requests from various internal and external sources to support decision-making and provide necessary insight to executives, managers, department heads and line personnel. Individual must be flexible, proactive and able to work with ambiguity. Individual must be able to commit to the time requirements of this position, which may demand extended hours as required.
FINANCIAL ANALYST - PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Actively participates in the accurate planning, reporting and analysis functions. This position will also be utilized to adequately fulfill ad hoc requests from various internal and external sources to support decision-making. This includes providing direct input and support to directors, department heads, and line personnel in assigned area.

* Provide financial analysis and reporting for management on major capital and O&M cost drivers. Work with personnel to control and manage costs. * Functioning as a member of Exelon finance Team with responsibilities for ensuring a financial perspective is brought to daily operations, proper classification (O&M vs Capital) and treatment is followed, and compliance with all managerial policies.
* Liaison to business units to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of information exchange
* Participates in the annual budgeting process and assist in updating long-range and budget planning models.

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Under direct supervision performs tasks on equipment and systems associated with the James A. FitzPatrick Plan and Site. Under general supervision performs Operator tasks which the Apprentice has completed in the Apprenticeship Program. Maintains the cleanliness and housekeeping of workshops and equipment in current work areas. Completes training in the Apprenticeship Program at the pace and knowledge level prescribed in the Apprentice and Training Standard.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
* Must have no restrictions preventing the use of respiratory equipment or preventing performance as an Apprentice Auxiliary Operator.
* Must have no physical or age restrictions preventing radiation exposure within Federal limits for radiation workers.
* Must pass aptitude test.
* Must have a High School education with demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand English and perform mathematical computations.
* Must demonstrate dexterity for the Operator trade.
