Constellation Kids is seeking a temporary placed per diem BCBA Supervisor for our ABA clinic in Lynn. We are looking for a passionate, on-site, BCBA to case manage 2-8 clients for the summer, have ongoing communication with parents, directly supervise and train staff, and create and implement behavior intervention plans and programs.

Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities
Train and supervise a team of behavior technicians and RBTs to provide high-quality direct ABA services to children and families.
Establish and maintain relationships with clients and families.
Provide direct clinical services to clients and maintain minimum billable requirements.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines in accordance with BACB Ethics Code and insurance payors.

Position Qualifications
Must hold a current BCBA or BCBA-D certification and MA LABA.
Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field required.
Minimum of 1 year experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities, preferably some experience in a clinic setting.
Able to be in-person at the center during normal hours of operation.
Demonstrates excellent observation, verbal, and written communication skills.

The Behavioral Technician will provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. Clients include children 2-6 years of age with Autism and related developmental disabilities in the clinic. The Behavioral Technician will collect data on programs and assist with parent training. The RBT works under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
The principles of behavior analysis are to treat patients who have difficulties with socially significant behaviors. These may include social skills, reading, communication, personal self-care and work skills.
Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities
Plans and implements intervention strategies using direct therapy, monitoring and consultation under the supervision of a BCBA.
Teaches targeted behaviors using specialized techniques that may include reward systems, incidental teaching and pivotal response training. Natural environment teaching.
Records and tracks data from training sessions.
Reinforces positive behavior with children on caseload.
Communicates effectively (orally and in writing) with administrators, parents and community members.
Provides accurate documentation of intervention, goals and objectives

Identifies emergency situations and determines appropriate action to ensure child safety.

Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior
Assist with parent and caregiver training in line with client's individualized treatment and behavior reduction protocols.

Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in a human services field from an accredited university AND one year of direct relevant experience working with youth and families who require behavior management to address mental health needs

An associate's degree (60 college credits) AND a minimum of two years of direct relevant experience working with youth and families who require behavior management to address mental health needs.
Strong organization and communication skills are required.

Under general supervision the Tumor Registrar will;

Collect detailed data on patient demographics, tumor characteristics, staging, treatment, and outcomes.
Maintain an accurate, up-to-date cancer registry, ensuring comprehensive and timely data entry
Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure completeness and consistency of the cancer registry.
Monitor data trends and resolve discrepancies in the dataset through communication with medical staff or external organizations.
Ensure that all data complies with industry standards and regulations, such as the American College of Surgeons (ACoS) and the Commission on Cancer (CoC) guidelines
Prepare and submit cancer registry reports to state, national, and regulatory agencies as required (e.g., SEER, National Cancer Database).
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other confidentiality regulations when handling patient information.
Assist in preparing data for quality assurance, audits, and accreditation reviews.
Work closely with physicians, clinical staff, and healthcare providers to gather accurate and complete cancer data.
Serve as a resource for oncology teams by providing data for case reviews, performance improvement initiatives, and clinical research.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve data collection processes and accuracy.

Position Summary:
Under the supervision of the Emergency Department Pharmacist, the Medication History Technician will obtain medication histories through documentation review and patient/family/significant other interviews for patients arriving via the Emergency Department to be admitted to the inpatient units.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Obtain home medication histories by interviewing the patient/family/significant other for patients arriving through the Emergency Department to be admitted to the inpatient units.
Utilize the external prescription history, patient's electronic medical record (EMR), and the patient's pharmacy to verify the correct medication history. This includes but is not limited to prescription, non prescription, herbals, and supplements.
Compile all of the information obtained to determine a complete medication history including the medication name, dose, frequency, and adherence.
Document the correct medication history in the EMR.
Positively interacts with patients, other hospital guests, and hospital staff to enhance the quality of service provided.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
CT Pharmacy Technician registration. CPhT is preferred but not required.
1 - 2 years of retail or medication reconciliation experience preferred
An appropriate level of understating and training in medical terminology and medication related terms. Current/fluent in pharmacy terminology, medications and dosages.
Proficient with using a computer, typing, and organization.
Required to concentrate for extended periods of time, provide high output of work on short notice, establish priorities, make quick accurate decisions.
Preferred Skills:
Be able to prioritize competing demands, work independently, and show flexibility and teamwork.
Must demonstrate excellent communication skills to patients and team members.
