Pros of working at Constellis

It's a paycheck. Pay isn't horrible. Schedule isn't terrible either.

Cons of working at Constellis

Cons: Benefits. Unless you are in upper management, the benefits are garbage. This gives the impression they really don't care about the bottom line at all. Salaries. All dispatchers make the same hourly rate, regardless of how long you've been there. There are no "merit" raises, and no raises based off of performance. The FPS client contact, FPS Commander, Lim Buck, absolutely 100% does not care about the people, turnover rate, welfare or happiness of the dispatchers. He absolutely goes out of his way to make life miserable for the dispatchers. Constellis will not defend the dispatchers. Morale is at an all-time low and it lands 100% on Lim Buck.

None. The benefits suck. As a contractor you get ZERO perks.

What do you like best about Constellis's CEO and the leadership team?

Nothing. They don't care about the employees. All they care about are the numbers. Are seats being filled and is the job getting done. That's it.

How would you improve Constellis's culture?

Having a manager who cares about the employees and is willing to push back when the client is not in the right.

How did you prepare for the Constellis interview?

No need. If you have a clean background, you're good.

How does your compensation at Constellis compare to the industry average?

As a dispatcher, there are many other agencies who pay better and provide MUCH better benefits.

What's the diversity at Constellis like?

Diversity isn't a problem.

What brings you the most joy at Constellis?

When the day is over and I can go home knowing I did my duty and won't worry about the FPS Commander removing me from the contract so I can collect my paycheck.
