It's a paycheck. Pay isn't horrible. Schedule isn't terrible either.
Cons: Benefits. Unless you are in upper management, the benefits are garbage. This gives the impression they really don't care about the bottom line at all. Salaries. All dispatchers make the same hourly rate, regardless of how long you've been there. There are no "merit" raises, and no raises based off of performance. The FPS client contact, FPS Commander, Lim Buck, absolutely 100% does not care about the people, turnover rate, welfare or happiness of the dispatchers. He absolutely goes out of his way to make life miserable for the dispatchers. Constellis will not defend the dispatchers. Morale is at an all-time low and it lands 100% on Lim Buck.
None. The benefits suck. As a contractor you get ZERO perks.
Nothing. They don't care about the employees. All they care about are the numbers. Are seats being filled and is the job getting done. That's it.
Having a manager who cares about the employees and is willing to push back when the client is not in the right.
No need. If you have a clean background, you're good.
As a dispatcher, there are many other agencies who pay better and provide MUCH better benefits.

When the day is over and I can go home knowing I did my duty and won't worry about the FPS Commander removing me from the contract so I can collect my paycheck.
None. I had a very good friend who worked for this company and this company treated him and his K9 so terribly. What they did to him and his k9 was absolutely heartless . He was an excellent employee who took the best care of his dog and rarely took a day off.

Management for Constellis, especially Triple Canopy, continuously create a Toxic work environment for employs. Management constantly threats employs with termination for issues that the said employs have nothing to do with. They have Zero Leadership skills, and can not let go of their Former Military Mentallity. They do not know how to run a Civilian Company.
The Management do not know how to manage. They have Zero Leadership skills.
None. There is no room for advancement or recognition. If you are not part of the Buddy System you are considered an outcast.
