Job Description We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our field services team, supporting hydro excavation, CCTV inspection, and sewer jetting operations. This is an entry-level, non-technical position offering on-the-job training with opportunities for advancement. The role involves assisting equipment operators and technicians in a variety of outdoor and industrial environments, ensuring safety and efficiency at every job site. Key Responsibilities Assist with the setup, operation, and breakdown of hydro excavation and sewer jetting equipment. Support CCTV technicians during pipeline inspections, including cable management and equipment positioning. Perform manual labor such as digging, lifting, and debris removal using shovels and hand tools. Clean and maintain equipment, tools, and vehicles to ensure operational readiness. Adhere strictly to safety procedures and protocols on job sites. Follow directions from crew leaders and supervisors to complete daily tasks. Communicate effectively with team members to support project goals and timelines. Assist with job site cleanup and restoration. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. No previous technical experience required-training provided. Must be able to perform physical labor (lifting up to 50 lbs., walking, bending, standing for extended periods). Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Valid driver's license preferred (CDL a plus but not required). Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and occasional weekends, as needed. Preferred Traits Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn new skills.
