Hours for this position are from Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Job Responsibilities: Monitor Job Chat daily and check Google Calendar for updates regarding job status and when mapping is needed Map the jobs by reviewing construction plans and creating a layout of the streets the application crew must complete Enter notes into Job Chat and update the Google Calendar about the job status Review each tab of the daily Field Reports in Road Warrior to ensure no missing information Assist with updating the daily Tanker Balance Spreadsheet for inventory purposes Assist with the Construction Calendar, compile and organize the Job Packets, and distribute them to the assigned Supervisors Assist with the weekly 7-day envelopes collected from each driver and supervisor, follow up with the supervisor and driver if the envelope is missing, review all receipts in the envelope and ensure they are correctly recorded on the back of the envelope, and confirm gas receipts are uploaded correctly into E-logs Assist with the invoicing procedure Attend all construction meetings Respond to all company communication within 24 hours either by phone calls, emails, text messages, etc. Perform other administrative duties assigned
