We have an immediate need for a seasoned construction Senior Project Estimator for our office in Fort Wayne, IN. Ideal candidates for the Senior Project Estimator will have 10+ years' experience in the estimating and preconstruction of large-scale commercial projects.

Must have conceptual estimating experience. Demonstrated effective verbal, written, and presentation skills. Demonstrated problem solving skills and critical thinking skills.

Must have experience in pricing labor for concrete, carpentry, casework, doors, demo, and specialties.
Preferred experience with preconstruction estimating.
Preferred experience with scheduling software.
Proficiency in various estimating software, including those used for digital quantity take-off, pricing, and bid invitation.
Proficiency in of Microsoft Suite, especially Word and Excel.

Produces project estimates using prescribed forms, industry recognized techniques, company processes and procedures. Assesses final estimate for project compliance, reasonable and complete use of materials, pricing and total value as compared to similar work.
