Your New Job Job Summary: We are seeking a construction foreman to join our growing team. The construction foreman will be responsible for performing their job duties safely and professionally. Job Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to): Coordinate daily tasks according to priorities and plans Perform scope of work and recognize work done outside of the scope Delegate individual responsibilities to crew members and subcontractors Lead a crew in everyday excavation projects to meet all safety needs, schedule timelines, and targeted profit margins Communication from the field to the PM and GC Train, manage and mentor employees and contractors Provide adequate resources and staff to meet project schedules, laws, regulations, best practices, and safety needs Emphasize safe use of tools, machinery, and equipment while providing training on safety gear and procedures Manage daily Jobsite and employee paperwork Resolve conflicts or miscommunications quickly and amicably Regularly report project status to project managers, site engineers, and other officials Schedule material deliveries Schedule and manage subcontractors Report injuries and other accidents to the PM.
