Mission of this Position

Our Technicians are the lifeblood of the restoration process: You get to play "Robin" to their "Batman". Emergency Services are superhero stuff.

Supporting our Lead Technicians through each property restoration process, and learning the ropes.

To uphold the highest quality work standard and level of cleanliness – regardless of the situation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Cleanliness is your #1 priority - on the jobsite, within our trucks, and at the shop.
  • Maintain an organized worksite with comprehensive safety and protective measures.
  • Demolition and removal of approved building materials. Haul away debris.
  • Follow the chain of command to provide superb customer service and workmanship.
  • Set-up drying equipment according to direction of site supervisor.
  • Documentation of project scope, notes, and pictures using software system of record.
  • On-Call nights/weekends require urgent response to perform above duties at any hour for each emergency opportunity.

Other Duties:

  • Continued Education: Increase knowledge and skills to stimulate constant growth & improvement.
  • Responsible for maintenance of company resources – vehicles, equipment, tools, technology, etc.
  • Utilizes appropriate PPE and containment barriers to prepare for every situation.
  • Occasional Fire & Smoke clean-up.
  • Mold Remediation and anti-microbial measures.
