Operate a range of tools and equipment, including power drills, demolition saws, skid steers, forklifts, sanders, hoists, and hand tools. Shovel materials such as asphalt, concrete, dirt, and snow as required. Strictly adhere to all safety procedures and report any safety concerns or violations immediately. Report any incidents or injuries promptly to the Safety Director, Foreman, or HR following company reporting procedures. QUALIFICATIONS Must be 18 years old, have a valid driver license with clean driving record & health card Self-motivated with ability to following oral and written instructions Demonstrated ability to interact effectively and cooperatively with coworkers Must have the ability to exert heavy physical effort, lift heavy physical objects, kneel, couch, balance, climb or crawl Frequently use hand tools, pneumatic tools (tampers, compactors, 60 & 90lb jackhammer, chipping hammer) Must have the ability to assist in the installation of conduit, hand holes, vaults, manholes and cable.
