THE ROLE OF GENERAL LABORER: Under close supervision, keeps facility litter free and performs various load checker duties, and assists with other projects as needed. Shift: Monday-Saturday: 4pm-2:30pm. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, AND ARE NOT LIMITED TO: General Laborer (majority of position performs General Laborer duties) * Picks up blown litter on site and adjoining roads. * Brings full litter garbage bags to pick-up truck or tipping table. * Picks up metal or other recyclable materials from tipping table. * Relieves Spotter during lunch break and other times as needed. * Repairs drainage flumes. * Moves and/or constructs wind fences. * Keeps property clean and litter free. * Assists with covering garbage with tarps. * If working at compost site, removes contaminants from organics. The Crew Leader directs all tower technicians on the job site and ensures the timeliness, quality, and safety of the project. Crew Leaders must have 2-3 years of tower technician experience and the ability to manage crews.
