This position will ensure timely completion of fence panel installation and assist with concrete pour. The Construction Labor is fast paced, result-oriented, and task oriented with a proactive work ethic and naturally meticulous organizational skills.

Load, unload, or identify building materials, machinery, or tools, distributing them to the appropriate locations as per project plans/specifications
Control traffic passing near, in, or around work zones. Direct vehicle traffic.
Shovel materials to and from construction areas
Operate vehicles, tools, and equipment as needed, including those with trailers
Clean and prepare construction sites as needed, including disposing of waste materials and digging trenches
Operate a variety of hand and power tools, including drills, forklifts, skid loaders, and other tools as directed by management
Reports safety incidents immediately to Foreman, Safety Director, and/or HR manager
