Ensure quality workmanship in all work.
Maintain cleanliness in all work and break areas.
Keep all equipment in good working condition.
Work safely and comply at all times with Plymouth Harbor's safety standards.
Work individually, and as a team member to provide support and assistance to all fellow Construction and Maintenance Department staff.

Helping Welding Technicians prepare waste containers to be repaired.
Torch burning
Assisting Lead fabricator when necessary
Prepping the metal waste containers to be painted including grinding flaking paint and rust.
Painting the metal waste containers after they were repaired using an airless Paint Sprayer
Help maintain the cleanliness of the shop, office and grounds.
With good work performance this position could lead to learning a skilled trade (Welding) for the right person!
License/Certificate:
A current driver's license is preferred but not required.
Requirements:
Travel is required 50-75% of the time.
Physical Requirements:
Requires lifting, pushing, pulling up to 75 pounds.
Ability to stand and bend for extended periods of time.
